Our experience with Tiffany and her team has been absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough good things - if you’re looking for the best W MI realtor, look no further!We inherited my in-laws house earlier this year. It was a tiny button of a house that was not well-kept and not in the greatest neighborhood.With a desire to sell it, we went looking for a realtor through Dave Ramsey’s referrals, and Tiffany was one of the realtors they referred. We met with all three and Tiffany stood out beyond the others, both in the reviews we saw online and in our own personal experience, as we had them each tour the house, and present us with comps.Not only did Tiffany respond to us right away (on a Saturday), but she also toured the house the same day and presented comps the next day. Additionally, she gave us suggestions on the spot as to some things we should do in order to get the most out of the house - and had referrals available to get them done. This was a huge blessing since we live out of state.From the time we initially talked to Tiffany to when she had people quote some demolition and clean up, to them doing the demo and clean up, to the time we went to market - it was less than two weeks. We were blown away.When we inherited the property, we had an expectation of what we could get out of the house. Tiffany suggested listing it for significantly more based on comps and ended up selling it for over twice what we thought we could get out of it (and $35k more than list price)!Everything was smooth sailing… until it wasn’t. There were several hiccups on the buyers end that required Tiffany to put in a ton of work during the closing process as she advocated for our best interest. She was really thorough in all explanations and gave suggestions, but didn’t act as if it was her way or the highway. We felt empowered as sellers and repeatedly confident in our choice to work with Tiffany for the sale of the house.Thank you, Tiffany, for being the best realtor we could have asked for, and going above and beyond in many ways for us as we were out-of-state sellers. We appreciate you so much and highly recommend that anyone looking for a great realtor in West Michigan work with Tiffany Ireland.

We contacted Tiffany after learning about her on the Dave Ramsey website. We had lived in our house for 40 + yrs and needless to say were very nervous about selling. We wanted to downsize but we were not sure if the time was right. Tiffany kept in touch with us for three years with phone calls every few months. So three years later we were ready to sell, and what a pleasure it was to work with her. The professionalism of the team and their ability to calm our nerves made selling our house and buying our condo a seamless process !

Tiffany was an absolute JOY to work with to sell our home!!Her expertise was invaluable and she was so friendly, comfortable and insightful – answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed during the entire process.Texting with Tiffany and Mindy made everything very simple – all of our questions were addressed quickly and we were constantly kept up to date with personal to-do's, as well as the buyer’s timeline.She had incredible resources that were pivotal in putting together a great listing, including a Professional Home Stager who offered great advice, and a Photographer who captured our home so perfectly.Overall, I couldn't recommend The Ireland Group enough! Working with Tiffany and her group was such a blessing. This was our first time buying a home and they helped my husband and I through this whole process. They were always professional, efficient, and respectful of our ideas- and budget!
