I use the store every so often for sending items, but my most recent visit I was treated very disrespectfully by the young lady who was helping another customer said under her breath “you know you have to stick the label on the box” and how am I supposed to know that every time I go in. I think yall have to do your thing and etc with the labels when I go cause I don’t remember it all the time and when I left I had both the young lady and gentleman smirking at me like I was stupid or something and I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected as a human being

It was the after-Christmas rush and we had several Amazon packages to return various ways. Emily was incredibly helpful, patient, and competent. She made our whole transaction easy and painless, and was very nice as she did it all with grace. One of my best experiences so far at UPS!

I use this UPS store frequently, simply because it's the closest to me. If it wasn't for that, I would never give them my business. I stop in early every morning. There is always a line waiting outside when they open. Which is not the end of the world, but I would suggest opening at 8 am to accommodate the flow of people trying to make it to work by 9. What leads me to writing this review, is how horribly awful and rude the staff is. Especially the dark haired girl that works mornings. I'm in multiple times a week shipping things for my business and returning things through Amazon and have been doing so for a few years now. As a regular, I have never once been met with a smile, a good morning, or any effort of kindness. It's actually quite disheartening. I get it's hard to find people that show up everyday, but when they show up and treat your paying customers like they loathe their existence, it might be time to consider a staff change before your customers make a store change.

This is the only UPS store I now go to, simply for the fact of its convenient location. I stop and drop off my Amazon returns (which is simply the only reason I use UPS) and go to nearby shops. Well, you may ask, "why is one writing a review upon such a thing with a poor rating?" Simply, the staff and associates at the store are woeful. Simply woeful. Unfriendly, unpleasant, and quite rude and sometimes even repulsive-I often leave the store feeling like I had done something wrong.

Just had to send something back to Amazone and could not print my return ticket. I found two things. Not only was the service not friendly and the staff appeared somewhat enjoyed. The cost of printing one page for a return label was $2 and $4 for two. The explanation for the charge was that Amazon makes UPS charge that fee if you don't print the label. After asking again if Amazon would make UPS charge that fee I was told yes this is for Amazon. A mistake I made was not carefully selecting a different option but rather the self-print return label. This article does not spell out exactly in detail the $2 charge but is a starting point. I think UPS sees this practice as a revenue generator nationwide. Food for thought.

Traveling through town and needed to get something printed real quick. Looked up the closest UPS store and this was it. Hours said it was open online. Sign next to the door said it should be open. But sign ON the door said they were closed because of staffing issues. Shouldn't the store owner be there working then? Or the person who came to put the sign on the door? They couldn't be bothered to stay and help customers?Staples was open across the street. So they got my money today.

The sign on the door says that they are open until 3 pm, but the doors are locked and no one is inside.

I received an order from Amazon and it was the wrong item so needed to return it. Despite my phone acting like the world's slowest tortoise aka slow, Kyle worked with me to bring up the return code. When I couldn't get it to work, he gave me his card and told me to email the code to him to save me a trip. IMO that went above and beyond especially in this day and age where most do the bare minimum. So kudos to Kyle who, according to his card, owns this store!

Horrible customer service. The staff member behind the counter clearly did not care about my needs whatsoever. Lack of overall knowledge of services and products offered at this location. Don't waste your time—go to FedEx Office.
