They certainly have a large selection of tile and the sales staff is helpful enough. Five star rating for sale and delivery. No complaints until after tile installation. One star for what is next.Do not expect to return your extra full boxes of tile. We had several extra boxes of a certain kind of tile. We called and asked if we could return the unopened boxes even thought it was slightly over the 60 days. The delays were due to unforeseen circumstances with the home build. Over the phone, they said, we could return it. When my wife arrived at the store, they said, sure, just go around out back, unload it here and we'll credit you. When my wife went around out back and after unloading it, they came up with this story of how their computer screen shown pink on this tile and they "could not override the computer" and made my wife take it back. I called the store manager (Nate) and explained what happened and got a whole line of ridiculous excuses on how returning materials works. It was annoying that he kept saying sorry and asked how our project is going to try and distract from doing the right thing. First vendor to not credit unused materials.Long story, short, do not order more than you need or be prepared to eat your extra and be forced to sell it privately. Just having our chain pulled and a waste of 1/2 day of time did not make for happy customers.

The granite and marble Theresa chose is perfect, beautiful! Especially at night or on overcast days, it is a huge improvement over the very dark granite we had taken out.Theresa uses white as an accent color so of course the marble is a good choice. Unexpectedly, the grey tones in the marble tile really compliments the light brushed brass, stainless steel appliances, and the grey side of the fridge.Thanks for your help, information, and suggestions.Bill T

The Tile Shop is wonderful! A huge selection of tiles and displays galore filling you with the latest ideas in decorating! The staff is friendly, skilled, and makes your shopping experience the best! I worked with Ben and he couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating!

Tried to return caulking that was never opened. Was told it was beyond the return date. Apparently it was a month beyond the return date that I wasn't even aware they had such a policy. I dont get over on that side of town often. You mean to tell me they can't restock and resell? I will NEVER go back there again.

So so happy I found this business. We are in the middle of a somewhat disasterous construction project in terms of contractors. The last thing I wanted to do was try to color match some tile I had purchased online.I just have to say, ask for Nick when you visit this business. He found the tile we needed instantly and was so fun to work with - I actually had a great time!The first associate we encountered was quite rude but I am going to chalk that up to an off day. Anyhow, we are redoing out current home as well before it hits the market and will hopefully get back here to see Nick for our flooring. Thanks again Nick and we will send pictures when it's done!

I had a great experience working with the tile shop. Amanda was super helpful with design planning and helped me return some unused products. I will definitely be coming back for future projects!

Staff was rude. He was in the middle of ordering an item for me and then walked off to help someone else. Meanwhile a female associate was right there who could've either helped the other gentleman or me when my associatewalked off. Instead she stood at her computer (she heard us talking and knew we needed hel) until we specifically asked a question.Oh, order anything you want online from their site. Otherwise they charge you more than their online website does for shipping. When I told them this, then she changed the shipping price. Not a good experience.

Purchased tile for a bathroom remodel, staff was friendly and helpful. Told us we had 90 days from the date of purchase to return full boxes since they ordered it special for us. I finished the project and returned my unused tile with no issues. Thank you!Larry from Grand Rapids, MI
