I showed up with a bunch of jewelry I inherited and had no idea what it was worth. They were wonderful walking me through the process and evaluating everything. I left with more cash than I ever expected. I believe I used the phrase "shock and awe" to describe the experience. Sophia was nice and professional! I recommend.

Nice people. But about 2$ under spot on silver. Probably 25% on gold. Low on the face value on the 90%.

Sophia and Paul made the sale of our silver a very pleasant experience. They were personable, professional and the sale was seamless. We walked out with a check and they even gave us a lot of tootsie rolls (personal joke)!!

Complete rip off, go anywhere else.....I did go elsewhere, and like I told you the center was solid 14k, approximately 50% of the earings were gold. So, I forget what you said somthing like you'll never get more than 4$ for them.

I brought my mother in to the Grand Rapids location today. Sophia helped us sort through a bunch of old jewelry. She was fantastic! Not only was she very professional but she was a pleasure to chat with also. We left the building very satisfied and we will definitely return. I was impressed with the amount we received and I like how Sophia explained every aspect of the process.
