I just adore this place and the workers here. Everyone is so kind. I come in Wednesdays for their Craft and Draft night to crochet. I love that they have kombucha on draft, and their kava drink is so unique. It's a cozy little area, and it's become the highlight of my weeks.

Love Switchback! The bike shop is great, they have all sorts of parts and new bikes plus super reasonable rates for bike repairs. I’ve had two different bikes repaired there and they did a great job with both of them. They also have a bar with beer on tap, cocktails, and lots of NA options. The seating area is cozy and the patio is one of the best in the city. Friendly staff too!

Really glad I stopped in here to check out the space! I love that they offer community nights and have a cozy spot for drinks with friends. Highly recommend this bike shop. The owner and staff are great! They take time to listen to your needs, excitedly share their knowledge and are straight forward happy bikers. Loved my experience here and I felt well taken care of. Glad to be out on the trails with a bike that I love!

Bought a new hardtail bike from Switchback. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to quickly order the bike I wanted. Super cool little shop!!

I bought a mountain bike hear and the owner did so much to help me out with picking out a bike and getting it ready to be sold and showing me how it worked. The whole shop was nice with a bar and knowledgeable employees helping me a lot. I would totally come again

Fantastic place for bike repair!! I came in with a problem that was so small, they just pointed out how I could fix it myself. I bought the oil and multi-tool I needed for the repair (as well as a bag to keep them in) and fixed it in their back lot right then! They even gave me some better screws and bolts free of charge to replace my old damaged ones, and gave lots of great advice advice.Thank you, Switchback! You definitely have yourselves a loyal customer.
