Dawn has been cutting my hair for a number of years now and I am very happy to have her do so. Never a bad cut and she knows exactly how I want it done. She is a very pleasant person and a great hair stylist.

Good job with making this visit feel uncomfortable!
After a long day of work, it's nice to have a friendly, upbeat, or relaxing conversation. This salon isn't the place to do so since the stylist kept talking about politics. I thought it was common knowledge that certain controversial topics were to be avoided when talking to customers. Apparently not. ?♂️
At least the haircut was okay. ?♂️

I called in the morning and made an appointment for my daughter to have her haircut after school and specifically told them she had basketball practice. After sitting there for 20 minutes they snuck two walkins ahead of us AT OUR APPOINTMENT TIME whispering as they did it so as to assume I couldn't hear..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
