I watched Jean Stoffer on her Magnolia network show Establishing Home and loved her design esthetics. I recently purchased 3 of the Tanager bird print framed series and the small galvanized tray. I love all my purchases and they were packed beautifully and safely. They add so much to my rooms.

Wallpaper came with some kind of ink blots in a few spots. I contacted the company right away and they said they would not discount it but would only send out a new roll. I didn’t want to delay my project so I hung it anyway (see ink blot that shows). Now Stoffer wants me to ship them back damaged roll (which I still have pieces of that I didn’t hang). So now I’m further inconvenienced by having to box up the damaged wallpaper and drive to UPS, meanwhile I’m no better off. Would have expected better from wallpaper that cost quite a bit more than other options I was looking at.

I ordered a combination of pulls, knobs, and latches for my kitchen from their Burnished Brass line, and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT! Absolutely blown away by the quality and detail. An incredible weight and color - I haven't seen anything else out there like it. I also love that I can mix and match different styles but know that it will all be the same finish. Can't wait to get them up on the cabinets!

Never received product and have been refused a refund or store credit.
I should also add that I did contact them less than thirty days after sale but they “have no records” of my call or message and have refused to look into it any further. So disappointing.

I recently ordered a few items from Stoffer Home including a spoon rest and soap dish. The package arrived quickly and was beautifully and carefully wrapped. The items are just as lovely and high quality as they appear in the photos online. I was excited to order from Stoffer Home after becoming a huge fan of Jean and Grace Stoffer's work. My experience did not disappoint and I can't wait to order more from their store!

I ordered a few taper candles recently. Just a few candles, my order was under $20. When the candles arrived the box was well packaged and said fragile. Each candle was double bubble wrapped and then carefully wrapped with issue paper and a Stoffer Home sticker. I really appreciate the attention to detail and making my little order seem special and important. Thank you for taking the time to package the candles so carefully. I know it's small but really goes a long way. I really like the candles and the colors and style were exactly as expected.

I purchased several wreaths and garlands from Stoffer Home online. They were on sale, and priced well. When the box arrived, I first noticed that they used a sturdy shipping box and labeled the contents “fragile.” Star! I opened the box and there was a nice postcard thanking me for my order. Star! I opened the beautiful blush tissue paper revealing my wreaths and garlands. Star! They were securely wrapped in bubble wrap, as well as the beautiful blush tissue. Star! They are high quality items that I am thrilled with. Star! I spent my career in customer service and it is evident that Stoffer Home excels in customer service. Even though the items were on sale, they were treated with TLC. So, 5 Stars to you, Jean Stoffer and your team. Great job! Continued success!

The Stoffer line of wallpaper is absolutely exquisite. My husband and I had been searching for what type of wallpaper we wanted to do in our new dining room and the Verte Wallpaper in mink was even more beautiful in person. Stoffer allows for samples which is really helpful in planning and before pulling the trigger. We cannot wait to order and see our vision come to life.
