Great experience with Start New Financial. My debt was solved in less than 2 years, it was a total relief. Always had great customer service via phone, everyone I ever spoke to was patient and kind. Have recommended this service to various friends and family members going thru rough times.

If you calculate in the "program fees", you're not actually saving any money at all by using this program. You're better off continuing to make your payments and not tanking your credit.

Editing: After dealing with Start New Financial for over a year, once they get you into their system, they do not take care of their customers. I had 5 accounts to settle through them. They have not started on ANY of them, claiming that there’s needs to be a certain amount in the escrow account before they begin connecting and making deals. I had an account settled outside of their agreement and they claim that they made the settlement due to “notes in their system”. Worse experience ever.
Start New Financial has wonderful customer service representatives and will answer any and all questions that you may have.

Start New Financial is truly a 5+ star agency. It's Real not Fake!!
They really handle our debt business on a very high professional, precise manner. I highly recommend them to anybody who wants their debt resolved. My debt was completed within two years and I get a refund from my escrow (WOW)!! They are a real agency that is persisting with our debt getting resolved. Shannon H. was pleasant, well knowledgeable of the company policy and she made my husband and I happy customer. WE DID IT!!

The company got me started right away made 3 payments already and 1 of my accounts have been settled already. When u have a question or a problem they return or call right away! So glad I went with company!

DO NOT ENROLL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I made the mistake of having Start New Financial represent me and not only did my credit take a dive. I received a subpoena from the court on behave of Credit One. I notified NEW START FINANCIAL, they informed me they will take care of it. They sure did, by allowing the account go into JUDGEMENT. ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY. To add to the response. There was no communication error. NEW START FINANCIAL STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME.

I spoke with Shannon this morning due to a mistake on my part.
I was extremely anxious because of this mistake, and wanted to rectify it immediately.
We recently had a hurricane hit us, and due to me still dealing with extensive damages and flooding, my days were running together and I forgot to ensure funds were available in my account.
Shannon was extremely kind, and reassuring to me that she would help me with this issue.
I could also tell that she was empathetic regarding my situation.
I know it may sound weird, but her voice was calming from the time I called, and all the way through the call. That immediately calmed me and I could feel my anxiety starting to go away.
I think she could hear the anxiety in my voice, because she immediately started letting me know that she understood my situation, and she understood how important it was to me that I rectify this as soon as I received the message about my account.
Shannon also took the time to answer additional questions that I had, and was very thorough in explaining the process in relation to those questions.
I have dealt with many people in customer service over the years, and I have to say Shannon is one of top that truly understand customer service and how to deal with people like me.
I come from the healthcare world, both as a nurse and then in an executive role, for almost 40 years, And I would have loved to have her on my team any day.
Sure wish there were more like her.
In my opinion she is a shining jewel for your team.
