Our baby boy got in a cat fight and needed some minor wound care. Standale Vet was closed but I was able to make an appointment via email. When I misunderstood the replay meaning tomorrow I showed up, cat in hand 24 hours too soon. Staff didn’t make me feel bad and they squeezed us in. Thank you all for the great professionals that you are! If you’re shopping for veterinary services, I cannot recommend anyone more than Dr Haskins and the amazing team. She is the best!

We were new clients and went to our appt with our two dogs. They said we didn't confirm our appt so we had no appt. I was dumbfounded! If I make an appt that's my confirmation! If I need to cancel I will call and let them know.Never have I had this happen at Dr or dentist appts for not CONFIRMING.

We were very pleased with the staff, Vet and all their attention and care for our 2 dogs. This was the first experience as being a dog owner for 20+ years that a facility had additional staff in the room to support the Vet while I could just focus on keeping my dogs calm. It was nice not having to rangle and try and hold my dog during the checkup and shots. They gave us different options for flea and tick care along with their suggestions. We had a very nice visit and were pleased with our experience. Then a few days later we even recieved a hand written note from the Vet/Owner which is pretty unheard of in this day and age. I highly recommend them.

We just brought our six month old Golden Retriever Rosie for her first visit. What a great clinic! Kelly the vet assistant was kind and thorough. Dr. Haskins is great. A wealth of information and very kind. I'm glad we found this wonderful clinic.

The veterinarian and vet techs here are patient and kind with dogs. Mine was a rescue, and due to his past experiences had a high level of anxiety when entering ANY offices. It was stressful for me taking him for something as simple as a nail trim.Now? He is calm. The staff here call him by name and treat him like a member of their family!Pricing is reasonable, which is important to pet parents!! Staff is friendly.

I truly love bringing my Golden Retriever, Oakley, to Standale Veterinary Hospital! The staff are all incredibly kind and welcoming, and we just absolutely love Dr. Haskins! They make scheduling easy and are very flexible as well! Highly recommend this veterinary hospital for your precious fur babies!

I have been going to this vet clinic with my dog for over two years now and I think it's time for me to leave them a good review because they certainly deserve it!My dog is accident-prone, so we usually have 2-3 visits per year on top of her yearly exams. I feel so supported and welcome whenever I go to Standale Veterinary Hospital. They have managed to squeeze us in for a day-of appointment on many occasions. My experience with the Doctor Haskins and all the support staff has been nothing but positive. They seem to genuinely care and have helped us out multiple times when urgent issues have arisen.

I have a small army of cats and have been looking for a vet to set them up with. I am so glad that I found Dr. Haskins and her team! Dr. Haskins and her team are are very knowledgeable, personable, and our cats love them.Standale Vet was even able to get me in the same morning when I had a semi-emergency. My boyfriend is a paramedic and found a baby kitten by itself outside while working one morning. It was so young that I wasn't sure how old it was or even what the gender was. Dr. Haskins was able to get little miss kitten in and let us know that she was about 4-5 weeks old and healthy. Dr. Haskins has provided us with plenty of information to help us integrate kitten to become part of our cat army.

I had a horrible experience this morning with the clinics rude vet tech Kelly over the phone. I called to obtain new kitten physical pricing and procedure information on declaw, vaccines and neuter, and was told they're not scheduling appointments until July, and that in order to establish care there and proceed with a declaw and neuter that I'd have to have a second physical done by their clinic even if he's already had one with another clinic, as they wouldn't accept treatment records from another vet. He's in need of his second distemper and an initial physical, which obviously I would have to complete before he could be seen there, as they have no appointment openings. It seems ridiculous to me that I'd have to pay for two complete physicals because they won't accept other vet records. As I was trying to sort all this information out in my head, she then also proceeded to tell me that that is their policy and that I can go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I would never bother with an establishment that allows their employees to mouth off to prospective customers, and have emailed Dr Haskins regarding this incident. I wasn't rude to her and called with specific information that I was trying to obtain in oder to get my kitten established veterinary care. This person should not be answering phones, or working at all with the public, as she's not an asset to their business, but a liability.

We just moved our 3 dogs over to this vet. Dr. Haskins was very nice and knowledgeable. There was a no rush atmosphere and she made enough time to answer all of our new puppy questions. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vet.
