I think the only people who like this place are those who go every day, because eventually your car will be clean. $15 for a single wash and while my car is cleanER, it is NOT clean. Will not be back.

My husband and I pay 60 + dollars a month for 2 vehicles. I own a jeep wrangler . Car wash doesn't touch back of jeep because of camera placement. I ask everytime I go through for them to spray back of jeep. standale employees apparently think that it's funny to tell me they will then totally ignore it when I go through. So I go through a second time. Same thing. It should be an automatic thing that they do for jeeps....I guess I'll check out other carwash...wow. maybe hire some adult acting people instead of immature little kids.

The Standale location took part of my mirror off durning wash. Things happen BUT how they handled it was truly unacceptable. First I'm told someone would contact me in 2 to 3 days. Didn't happen in fact over 11 days I left 4 messages and never received a call. This includes calling cooperate. I finally returned to the location where the incident happened to get more information where it still is not resolved. FYI this was a 2024 Tundra. But they do smile and wave. Just hope you don't have a issue happen.

This is such an overpriced car wash for what it is. No matter which wash I select, my car comes out still dirty in some places or covered with white water spots. I also don't understand why there is a self-serve touch screen, but 3 employees are lingering around it? And why should I be prompted to add a tip when it's a SELF SERVE screen. Here's a tip, pay your employees more so you don't have to make up their lack of pay with tips from the general public.

I have been a member for some time. I recently bought a new truck. It came out dirty still and had scratch on it. I tried contacting them and no answer. I left a message and several days later I still have not received call back. They should stick to small cars. Train staff better!!

Had to reduce the rating over time, it appears like no upkeep is done to the equipment in the car wash itself. Sprayers that are so low pressure it doesn’t touch the car, and other sprayers that move so slow they don’t hit more than 30% of the car either. Staff is nice enough to pre-spray each car, but it’s clear that’s all they are trained to do, rather than general upkeep

Lately I have been going and not getting tire shine and I pay for this. I was told on one occasion they turn it off because of buildup at the end, then I was told today by a worker at the gate, his name Doir, that is it broken and I'm to treat it like the ice cream machine at McDonald's, if it's not working to go somewhere else, well I pay for the tire shine and I do not prepay my ice cream and not receive it.
So I approached the entrance, and asked the guy guiding me in, who was the former manager at Leonard st. NW I asked if he would turn on the tire shine, he said he would. I did not receive my tire shine nor did I get the titanium shine I added a month ago for an additional 10 dollars.
I am not being credited for the things I pay to receive and if this is happening to everyone, they are taking advantage of their customers.
I am very disappointed, and use them daily as I frequently drive country roads and have dead bugs on the front end and windshield.
I made a complaint at the membership hotline, but it hasn't been resolved, and now today they cheated me out of my titanium shine and tire shine.
I pay for everything they offer however they aren't giving you everything you pay for.

Twice this week; I happened to pull up after hours. Totally my fault Changing my route home to hit the other location coming back from up north (I can’t stand bugs on my windshield!) I still have a few from the last time I went through, good thing you have several locations. ☺️
