I don’t know if it is the company that owns the Sport Clips franchise or if it’s this particular locations owner or manager or what but there is no point going here. Multiple times we have tried to go and either they closed early because they don’t have enough employees, the app is not taking reservations for this location, the app is not updating how much time you have until your appointment… We signed up tonight and it said our appointment was in 49 minutes. We got there after about 45 minutes and we were told we had an hour wait. The lady said that the computer thought they had a couple more employees working that night than they did. Who is responsible for putting in the amount of employees working? Lately, we have been going to the Sport Clips in Gaines. One of the last times we were there the employees were talking about how the east beltline location is poorly managed and they are glad they don’t work there. Hopefully somebody new takes over the beltline location soon and can run it appropriately.

I usually don’t review places but after yesterday I felt the need to. I have been to this location 3 times. The first two times were great! The stylists listened to what I wanted and gave me good quality haircuts. Yesterday after growing my hair out for months the stylist completed butchered my hair. I’m talking the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. It’ll take months to grow out what she messed up and I have many important functions coming up. I would trust my 4 year old niece to cut my hair before I went back to this particular “stylist”. To support my opinion, while I was in my chair a gentleman came in who had just seen this stylist the same day and was requesting she redo his haircut because he wasn’t happy with what she did to him as well.

Friendly and quick. Great priced. Only reason not 5 stars is. I only go to a barber when traveling for work. I normally just cut it my self. So trying to communicate with her was a bit difficult. Have noticed some barbers are a lot more comfortable having free reign over someone's head lol great place tho if you want that commercial experience

Horrible I booked on the website to get a haircut and it said it was a 13 minute wait but then when I got back it said it was a 50 minute wait I kept on waiting and when everyone was gone no one called me so I just got the hell out of here I will never come back there again.

Had the best encounter and experience with this really young stylist and his different colognes that he sprays smells so good! I do different hair style trends yearly and he’s always executed it. I came in from a bad haircut at another location in Caledonia sport clips. several times I still went to that location and kept getting the same results but gave it another try at a new location in Beltline. When I came in I was pretty nervous of getting another bad experience but the stylist name was david, he looked like he was in his early twenties but he deserves 10/10. The haircut was so crisp and he just made me feel so comfortable even though I’m not one to talk during the service he knew how to open me up. Though he doesn’t seem to like giving his name card out so you’ll just have to ask couple times. He does go on vacation quite frequently and he really loves his family. He’s very memorable , I can tell he really loves cutting hair and talking to people. The other staff members didn’t talk so much and he was multi-tasking while talking. He also works out at the Y or planet fitness but even outside of work he’s still as gullible and fun personality. He’s the type of person you see in public and he would immediately come up to you and say hi.

I recently became dissatisfied with my local barbor and wanted to try something new. I was hesitant to try I a large business chain being accustomed to a more personal touch. I was very happy with the friendly service and high quality haircut. I'll probably be making a permanent switch and hope to see Rahel again next time. Thanks!

Visiting Grand Rapids for a few weeks, and went to Sport Clips for a haircut and beard trim. I'd been to other Sport Clips. Haircut was good. Biggest difference I noticed was that the steam towel is alot cooler than other places. Not sure why that is.

Hadn't been to a Sports Clips in quite a while and the experience did not disappoint. Caitlyn did a great job and I was in and out in no time at all with a fresh new haircut. 10/10 would consider driving across town just to come here again.Service: Buzz cut

Always have a good experience at sports clips. I will the last time I went I put my name in for a hour wait and did some errands around town. Then when I got there and I was the first name they picked someone else first. Either way I got a great haircut.
