Update: 8/3/24
I am still waiting for a response from support. I emailed, as told, and have not received a single reply. It’s been weeks.
For the second time now, after getting an oil change from Oil Changers on Leonard, my engine splash guard is dragging. They don’t replace the push pins and secure it. Now my car is sitting in a parking lot, waiting for them to come out to fix.
Samantha, from a different location, was awesome. She came out to assist and offered that I take my car to her store to have it fixed.
I will not be going to the Leonard location again. They’re careless.

Thanks to Mike I discovered that I had a filter for my cars heat and a/c! It was filthy ! I have asthma and I was having attacks in the car and couldn't figure out why. Thanks again

Been coming here for years and I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change. They always offer fast, friendly service without any intimidation or pressure to do/spend more than you intended. They are honest and I trust that when they do make a suggestion it is bc my vehicle truly needs it. They care about their customers—I once overheard them letting another customer know about something (dangerously) wrong with their car. They had nothing to gain from this information, as it was not something their business deals with, but simply didn’t want harm to come to the customer.
My husband and I will continue to bring all of our vehicles here and we will recommend them to others.
