awful client support Because I was unfamiliar with the technology and chose to use my card instead of tapping to pay, the card reader kept repeating "insert your card." This infuriated the person checking out. I used my points to pay for a drink, which deducted 0.00 from my total POS. She responded to me by asking why I would use mu card. I advised her to check her tone and attitude, and she threatened to show me her attitude. I left the story completely disappointed with the service provided here. Plus she was eating while checking out which, is not professional at all at a retail store.

WORST Speedway in the entire chain. They have locked the doors on customers including myself due to "Lack of employees" among other reasons when there are clearly 2-3 employees in the location.

This bathroom is disgusting at the speedway. There were socks on the floor and a spider near the ceiling and the wall and someone also forgot to flush the toilet. The bathroom is disgusting. I will never use the bathroom here again.

Cashiers are continuously talking to each other, I've never received a greeting, or a thank you. The location is convenient, but management needs to get their employees retrained in customer service.

Worst speedway I have ever been to employees are very rude and refuse to put paper at the pumps for a receipt and when you ask about it they tell you they will not put paper out there.

Diesel pumps are so ridiculously slow, and it's a speedway, that's extra points off, high prices and dirty. And there's no receipt paper at the pumps and the line inside was 10 minutes just for a receipt.

Another good case of understanding why a store is rated 3.4 star's, I thought customer service was important. I truly understand that every day isn't going to be good for everyone but if you are in a job where you deal with multiple people and types you should at least treat people with respect let alone a customer. A speedway job can't be easy but I didn't make you work here, I'm just trying to get gas and a few snacks. We definitely need speedway employees but speedway should train their employees customer service and or just common sense that customers keep the doors open... Bad service truly

We went up to door on a Sunday afternoon. The doors are locked and the lights were off. Not open for business and definitely not 24 hours.

Gas pump clips are broken, so you have to hold the pump nozzle the whole time. To add insult to that injury, you're stuck holding it while they blast loud advertisements from the pump that has no mute button.

Never have a problem with speedway the staff is always friendly and it's a quick in and out.
