Bra shopping is always intimidating but especially so when you haven’t worn anything but sports bras for essentially your whole life. I had a wedding coming up that I wanted to make sure I looked my best for, and I came in completely unsure of where to start. Karen came to my rescue! She measured me, gave me two shapewear options and explained how each one will fit, found 3 different bra options in two different cup sizes for me to try and showed me the differences between each one. I tried on the first one and although she was spot on with measurements, my dress I had brought with was very low cut and you could see the bra poking through. Karen once more came back with even more options! Soon after we found the one that worked, it fit perfectly, was very comfortable, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience!

Bra shopping is the worst, but this place made it easy. I was sized and helped trying on and picking out bras. I just waited in the room for her to give me options and feedback, which is the best way to shop imo. The customer service was great, the selection was quality and far ranging in size availability (literally & figuratively, huge for me), and they had an amazing deal going on (3 for $99, unheard of in my experience bra shopping). I walked out smiling and happy for once about bra shopping. Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience here! Thanks to Karen who helped me get sized, and made the experience fun and comfortable. She was great at asking me what I was looking for in a bra with relation to what I do in my day.

I have been wearing the wrong bra size forever. Bella helped me get the perfect fit & was a pleasure. I love these bras.

I bought my daughter two bras online for Christmas, but she needed to be measured, so we went into the store. I walked in, and there was one customer in the fitting room and 3 associates working. Not one acknowledged us while we looked around. A woman walked in with a return, so we got in line behind her. Another woman came in to pick up an order that wasn't ready and the associate that came from the back skipped us and helped her. The woman then realized that she cut the line and said to the associate oh go ahead and help them first. The associate responded, that's ok someone else will help them soon. We waited patiently as she picked the items for the order and returned to help us. My daughter asked to be measured. She told her she would have to wait; they didn't have anyone to do it right now. Mind you only one customer was being helped at this time, and there were 3 of them working. We waited for someone else to be rung up. Then I asked if she could try on the bras we had. She said we would have to wait, that they didn't have a fitting room. I pushed back as 2 people had come out of the fitting rooms, and she said they had open fitting rooms but they had stuff in them. I then just asked to return my online purchase. We left and walked down to Victoria's Secret. They had a greeter at the front of the store. I asked her if someone could measure my daughter. She pulled a tape from around her neck, measured her and showed us the options for wireless bras It took 3-4 mins total. The customer service and management of this store is seriously lacking.

Literally one of the worst customer experiences ever ever. I don't even know where to begin. I came in with my friend and we were browsing on Saturday. We were not greeted, which is fine if you're busy, but we were the only people in there. The two ladies working were chatting and on their cell phones. After about five minutes of browing, I finally went to the register and asked them if they could help me find a bra and expressed that it was my first time in the store. Holly measured me, but didn't bother to get the tape around the proper part of my bust (it went along my lower back and she measured me over a bulky sweater). Then she told me to go look for bras I like, and when I told her I couldn't find the size that she had measured me at, she told me, "oh, we don't keep your size on the floor. We keep 40s in the back." Ouch. Then I showed her a couple of styles that I liked and she said l, "well I'll get one that you can try." After I tried it on, she didn't come and check on me. I had to go seek her out again to ask some other questions. I think she was trying to go on break, so she literally walked past me and I had to ask her if I could ask her a couple more questions. I asked if they were having a sale for Black Friday, and she told me she didn't really know, and when I asked about a sign that talked about $25 bras, she said that she didn't really know about that either. Honestly, I just got the feeling that she didn't want to be there and had no desire to sell me anything, so I opted to leave. If this company wants to sell me a $70 bra (or even one on sale for $25), they really need to provide better customer service. There are plenty of other places that won't make me feel uncomfortable about my size (which should have been a 38, anyway), and invisible when I walk into a store. Not cool.

Whoever the two ladies were that worked last night (06/03/2023) at this location are very rude and more specifically the older woman. I came in and asked for a fitting and got told they were too short staffed to do so and she let me know there was a sign I should’ve seen that stated they were too short staffed to fit and measure (it was written in highlighter on a white piece of paper at the front of the store that I didn’t even see and was too light to read anyway)… I got a measurement WITH A SIGH… and was told I won’t get help with a fitting and then pushed on to a section of bras with a wave of a hand. I’ll never come back to this store and will take my money to even another brand at this point.

I went in there asking to see if they measure, they responded with “Yes” and I had to ask to get a room to get measured. Associates were not mean but I was the one initiating the fitting and asking for information, recommendations, etc. The associate didn’t close the door when she came in to check in on me, I had to close it behind her. They didn’t have my size and there were no recommendations after she told me this, I had to ask for them. Again, they weren’t mean but I believe as the customer that will be spending $60+ on one bra, I should be getting a great experience in-store, especially if they get commission too.

Very helpful staff. The t-shirt bra is the most comfortable bra I have ever owned!

I am a repeat customer who is a 40DD in bra size. Originally, when I tried Soma, I had thought that it would be HARD to find a bra in my size that would be comfy AND provide the support I needed. I was pleasantly surprised when it was not a hassle and I found the softest bra I've ever owned. This time around I stopped in for underwear and Andrea helped me find my way. I'm very excited to see if I will love these as much as the bras. Thank you so much for your help Andrea!

I went in wearing a 40DD. She measured me as a 38B. I couldn’t begin to put them on!! I redressed and went out but couldn’t find anyone to help me. As I walked out, feeling defeated, a lady at the door asked if I needed help. Well I’m NOT getting undressed again, so I said “no, I’m done” and went straight to Lane Bryant. Two ladies were ready to see that I had a great experience!!!

Woodlands Mall, Grand Rapids, MI. Unqualified sales associate. Rude. Negative. Did not suggest products. Walked out after being insulted. Asked me my size. Told her I was ----when measured at Nordstroms. "Nordstroms doesn't know what they are doing. They don't know how to measure. You're a 38DD. I was a 32C at Nordy's. Put the bra size on she said I was. Stepped into it without undoing it. It was so big - fully clothed I couldn't hold it up. DON"T SHOP HERE.
