Was going store in store looking for a new bed. I walked to this store in 28 st that's shut down for convinced into buying a bed and mattress guy said have 10 years if anything happens to the bed or mattress . It's been 7 years now I called 28 st other store previous is closed and after 7 years my husband is paralyzed the bed is already bothering him I call for my new guarantee mattress. The store manager is asking if mattress has stained yes it does has couple spots he saying I need to call and get this mattress clean before they bring the new one why would y'all want and old mattress that needs to be trash be cleaned are y'all reselling it like had bad experience with the first seller that was apparently another manager insult me because I paid for a bed and mattress he sending me a show bed like seriously ? but okay now this like makes no sense. It's really upsetting because after 7 years and a half am trying get my mattress but I need get a company to clean this lol this is petty for these stores. I will never buy again from them. till this Day it's been a month or more still can't get my mattress and am not paying to get an old mattress clean.

Kyle is hands down my favorite sales person I've ever met. My husband and I went into the store with a little knowledge about what we were looking for and Kyle was able to find us a great mattress right away. We both have different mattress preferences but that wasn't a problem. Kyle was super nice and wasn't sales pitch-y so we never felt like we were only dollar signs to him. I 100% recommend people to shop here! Also, i should mention he went above and beyond when he showed us how to properly use an adjustable base when he heard we have had one for use and never use it! He wasn't trying to sell us a new one so he wasn't obligated to show us but he wanted us to see how much our sleep could improve from using our current one! Thank you Kyle!

I had a wonderful experience while buying a bed. We were looking for a new king size mattress. The salesperson was very informativeand not pushy. We feel like we got a fair price and great service. The delivery was on time and faster than anticipated.

GO SEE KYLE. This man knows his mattresses. He knew how each bed is made, what materials are used to make it. So based on what your looking for he can find what's best for you. Me and my fiancee just bought our first couple purchase with him. He didnt rush us, allowed us try each bed. He dosent shove the most expensive bed in your face. He makes sure your getting what you need, he truly cares about you. I repeat, if your looking for a bed. This is your man!!

Jason went above and beyond to help us find the right bed. We have had excellent sleep since receiving these split king soft with the power bases. I would highly recommend going to talk to him if you are ready to get a perfect night’s sleep.
