The staff and management are so friendly and helpful. We were just recently in and they have such a large selection of new shoes to choose from. Definitely will continue to go back.

I went to this store to return shoes and could not find my receipt. They basically told me all they could do was give the number for redeeming my points to show how much my purchases were. Then I went to the 84th Street store and they refunded me completely and I purchased another pair of shoes. I did want money . I wanted shoe's. They need to be trained. They were not disrespectful, just not knowledgeable.
