I had spoken with the business owners and was led to believe after talking to both of them they'd work with me to make the deal happen for a vehicle we were interested in. When it came down to actually making a deal it became very rigid and unreasonable on negotiating asking for full+ asking price. Our very valid questions on the vehicle were also dodged and met with frustration and rudeness on their end when we had every right to know all the facts before making a big purchase like this. I was hopeful at 1st, but this experience has made me not interested in buying from this dealer, so owners think about your words when dealing with potential buyers to avoid being misleading so you don't steer away more future buyers.

DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I bought a jeep patriot here 2 years ago as I was driving the jeep home from the dealership it broke down on the side of the highway due to overheating. I thought it was a minor issue so I got it fixed and continued on driving it. Months later i'm having transmission issues. Instead of dumping money into the jeep at that point i decided to sell it. I listed it on Facebook marketplace and a guy came over to look at it. As he's looking at the jeep he informs me that when he pulls up the car fax report it shows that the odometer has been tampered with. I immediately try to call the dealership considering i had bought this vehicle MONTHS prior, and no one would return my calls or pick up the phone. I then pull up the car fax for myself and notice the car fax mileage report comes back as 188,000 miles. I had bought the car with 108,000 miles on it. Don't trust anyone that works here. You will NOT find a reliable car from this dealership.

Great Service, very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations on a used car. They have good reliable cars, we are on our 2nd purchase in the last 5 years.

Owner isn't good with customers, doesn't solve problems, doesn't return phone calls... I understand cars are sold "as is" unless you spend an extra thousand or more for a warranty that doesn't cover anything but when a car breaks down in the sales lot right after it's paid for and the owner just shrugs his shoulders and says as is sorry now that's not right.. Don't know why this place is in business.. I thought AAA auto sales was the worst but maybe I was wrong?? But be related..

Bought a Nissan 350Z here recently and had a great, easy, straightforward experience working with Chuck. Easy to set up a test drive and pick-up and communication was quick and pleasant. There were even some things that Chuck went above and beyond fixing besides just working with me on a good price.

The guys working there were very nice and did not pressure me for a sale. They offered me a discounted rate as well. They even stayed open a little later to wait for me to get there to check out the car. Customer service was not the problem for me but the actual car it’s self. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu. The exterior of the car looked great but upon driving it realized looks aren’t always what they seem. I drove home( from silver line to Comstock park) and before i even made it home the check engine light came on and i noticed a slight engine smell but didn’t think too much of it. It was used, seemed to be in good condition and i didn’t need a perfect car.that was the 1st of many problems. I hadn’t made it home yet before another car informed me none of my standing lights were working in the back. Okay no problem simple fix i thought again, it doesn’t need to be perfect but the very next morning i have to go to work around 6am(purchased car at around 8pm/9pm) the car wouldn’t start& the battery was dead.i just assumed i would need a jump so i had my roommate jump it. In the following two days i needed multiple jumps and even had to call my AAA out to jump my car for me and unlock it because the key they gave me only starts the car it doesn’t work in the door, so after the battery issues I’m like great i still need to figure out the problem with my standing lights because i can buy an battery charger until i can get someone to look at the problem. I go to belle tire they let me know that it was a fuse that needed to be changed and that my battery was a dud&i needed a new one. I paid them&they fixed those issues. i probably haven’t even driven the car a collective total of 1 hr. I was happy belle tire was able to help& thought that would be the end of my worries but i was very wrong. That same night i drive to a friends house(20 minutes away) i got there just fine but when i went to leave 5 hours later i made it about half a mile up the road and the car wouldn’t go further. So now I’m stranded on the side of the road at 1am and i have to call AAA again to get it towed to my home. Driver informs me I’ve used up the last of my road side earlier in the day making it a combined total of 4 of my roadsides i had to use on this car in not even a weeks time. So i Pay the 100$ for the tow and plan to get in contact with the owners about it. I tried contacting them for days and they were enable to get back to me for a while. I still wasn’t very upset because people can be busy and i work a lot so i understood. I had read some of the reviews on here and was hopeful that they would be able to help like most of the reviews say. I explained to him my problem& he basically told me there was nothing he could do for me&they sold cars as is but recommend me to a shop& they could give me a discount. Again i wasn’t upset because it was a used car place but i was definitely very disappointed that i spent that much money to not be able to drive the car at all basically. He gave me the shops information and i got in contact with them.they got me in& they fix the car. Ticket on the damages were a little under 500$& i didn’t see a discount applied but they fixed it enough to be able to drive but told me i would need to come back soon to get the exhaust fixed for another 250$. At this point I’m just glad i can finally drive the car but clearly didn’t receive the discount from the shop but I’m going to mention it to them when i go get the exhaust fix. Overall it was a very frustratin experience with the car and i much rather wished i had taken my time& looked at more options on the lot. I had to spend well over 1000$ just to drive it on top of the 3200 i spent out the door. After driving it for about two months now I’ve noticed tons of other things: Passenger side doesn’t have an airbag(sensor is always on), truck latch button doesn’t open, cord was jimmyrigged to the inside to make it easier to open( i have to go through the back seat just to open),radio has no audio, front back mirror switch &rear
