I came here to have my diamond necklace appraised. I worked in a jewelry store in the past, and am appalled. I asked an older women if she worked there, she entirely ignored me. Following that I asked her again, a little louder (maybe it’s because I came after the gym and had my gym attire) she glared at me and told me she didn’t. Once I was grabbed by a gentleman who looked at my necklace she actually went to help a customer. She did work there, just stereotyped me for the clothes I was in. Then I was offered just 200$ for my necklace, a pawn shop had offered me double. The lack of care for customers is appalling. Do better. If you want to go somewhere and actually receive good care don’t go here, but if you choose to go here make sure you’re wearing your black tie attire or they won’t even look at you!

My go-to for watch battery replacements!! They are usually able to replace my battery while I wait - takes maybe 10 minutes. Grateful for the quick repair so I don’t have to make two trips.
