I walked into the store as a first time customer looking to get a replacement for a contractor grade paint. I didn’t have a contractor account but they worked to help me get the paint I needed. They were very accommodating and professional. Best of all, the paint was a perfect match and my work looks brand new.

Honestly, thought SW was top notch until this past weekand. The “manager” lady that works there is clueless and has no idea what she is talking about. Pretty much made me blow $70 a gallon of paint that was terrible and will not do anything to help out/make it right. Will NEVER use this brand again. What a joke!

We are in the midsts of remodeling our 120 year old farm house. Previous owners used Sherwin Williams paint faithfully. The staff here at the Kalamazoo Ave store have been a God send in helping us in our remodel journey. Thank you Mikayla and all your staff for your expert advice!

I’d say customer service is lacking. I would expect when coming in that a paint expert would lead the conversation instead of being condescending about expecting me to rattle off immediately what brand, color etc that I need. Won’t be returning.edit: 02/04/2022 after the response from the owner I contacted sherwinn williams per their instructions and was ignored with no resolution.

Wish they knew more about colors and helping with color choices. I was expecting that by visiting an actual paint store, as opposed to big box stores. Didn't get the help I was looking for in terms of color selection.

Ordered paint online just less than 2 hours before close. Website said paint should be ready in a hours or less. Not ready that day, fine, it was less than 2 hours. Went back the next day after they'd been open for several hours. Paint was still not mixed.
