I was just assaulted at 10 pm at the East Beltline Ave location. By the black male attendant. Was pushed several times into the locked door and choked around the throat and pushed into several machines next to the entrance. I would highly recommend that you do not visit this location. I go there in the morning around 4:30 because they are usually open. They have some new hires or something and the store was not open. I saw them in there when I walked up and the lady just waved her finger at me.

Best gas station I have ever been to. Ladies take such nice care of the place and are always working hard to keep it cleaned and stocked.

I contemplated on posting this but considering no one ever answers the phone when you try to call the store...this is what it shall come to. On October 26, 2018 at approximately 2am, my father attempted to break up a fight after two men jumped his coworker just outside the front doors of this store. This resulted in 2-3 African Americans in blue plant suits with dust masks jumping my father, continuously beating him - dragging him through the parking lot and by the gas pumps nearly knocking him unconscious. Thank god, my father was able to get away from these men as they went back for round two on his coworker. My father went into the store and went to the front desk to ask for help and was told by a very rude clerk “go to the bathroom and clean yourself up, you’re getting blood all over my store”. VERY aware of what had just happened and what was continuing to happen outside of this store, this clerk not once offered my father any help nor did she contact appropriate authorities. If it wasn’t for their Uber driver arriving and bringing them to the hospital, I am unsure if my father and his coworker would be here today. My father was beaten so badly he has since had two surgeries to repair the damages to his face and has been left with permanent nerve damage. My questions for this clerk are, what if that was YOUR father and what would you do to get the justice he deserves and how would you feel if someone sat back and watched this happen, offering no help? Thank you for being a heartless person and making this tragic situation even more infuriating. If by some miracle the Uber driver who was there that night reads this, GOD BLESS YOU. We are from out of state (Louisiana), otherwise I would have went in this store and confronted management and the clerk present that night myself. Shame on you and I pray karma comes back and gives you what you deserve. So, in conclusion - if you’re looking for a store where thugs hang out to beat innocent men nearly to death and clerks who don’t have the time or decency to make a call to help their customers - this is the store for you! & yes a police report was filed, however it is unclear if the store is cooperating in the assistance of finding the men who did this.
