I called to ask about hours and I spoke to someone who told me they were open all night and to just ring the doorbell when I got there because they lock the doors later at night.. I drove all the way there for there to be no bell and she did not answer when I called plenty of times after arriving. It was a huge waste of time and I just wanted a little late night ice cream.

This place should not be allowed to carry the Shell Co. name. I got off the highway to get gas because they advertise that they are open and they are closed and they don’t even allow you to use your card at the pump when they are closed.

This Jonny Markets shell has the rudest cashiers. Had to wait to check out this morning at 9:00 AM until the cashier decided to get off her phone, no please, no thank you, just rude. If you appreciate good customer service, then go across the street and do business with Speedway. The people working at this Shell location just don’t care.

They still advertise as being a 24 hour gas station and they close at 10p or earlier. They don’t even leave the pumps on so you can just use a card.

I was at this location at 12:48 pm on 3/27 and the cashier is more focused on scratching a lottery tickets off then customer service.

Air pump took our money but gave no air. Had to drive home with the flat. I managed to get inside even though half the doors were locked for whatever reason. The employee inside told us in no uncertain terms that there was nothing he would do about it, nor was there any other service he was interested in providing
