Boston Square Shell closes whenever the hell they feel like it. I walked 8 blocks (June 9) to buy 1 item and they rudely chased me out of the parking lot at 9:43 pm by repeating yelling closed. This isn't the first time they have closed up to 20+ minutes before what is posted. It happens quite frequently and this should not be allowed as it isn't fair if it's a different time than what they say. Also the staff is generally pretty rude. Afew of them act like you're bothering them when you go up to the counter or ask anything. I go here frequently because I live close by but it's definitely not a place I'm happy to go to.I think it's time to find another shop.

My friend told me they had good soup. I didn't find any soup, but the young lady behind the counter complimented my style. It made me feel good since my wife died in a gas station 10 years ago. She wasn't watching where she was going so I don't think it was the gas stations fault.

The young lady working behind the register is always awful. I won't ever come here again. When I lived nearby here she was always the rudest person possible. Worked retail for 14 years. If I acted like her half the time I wouldn't have lasted. Poor reflection of the owners if you ask me.

I go to Shell gas station because they have a good deal on gas but I am really considering not going to this one anymore even though it is close to home but this place has the worst customer service they act like it is a problem when you come up to the counter they just stand there they don't greet you or say can I help you this has happened numerous times and I am tired of it if you do not want to work stay at home there are plenty of people looking for a job have some standards stop giving jobs to anybody terrible customer service and I went again Saturday March 27th there is this one employee there she has short hair and light skinned and plump she is absolutely terrible she is really really rude and ghetto she has no customer skills she needs to be replaced I will not go there anymore until they make changes I will definitely go to the other store on 28th and Breton where they have excellent service and friendly
