I've been coming for about a year (moved here from Chicago), and when I first started coming it was already expensive. Recently they raised prices to absurd levels. $12 for one pair of pants is insanity. I will not be back.

I want to preface by saying the front of house staff is always kind, engaging and a joy to talk to, acknowledging my concerns and available to help. For the rest of the business I have nothing kind to say. Over 2 different occasions, 3 items were returned to me with a dry cleaning stain. Not small spots that might be hard to miss, but large water like stains. Over the phone I was then told that I should have looked at all of my clothing closely to make sure it was ok by a manager that I have never seen at the store location. I had to take one item to a new location to have the stain removed. Trying to give benefit of the doubt, I gave them another shot with a winter coat that has a belt. The coat was returned to me with no belt. 1 month later I received notification from a different location that I had items available for pickup. When I checked with my local Sheldon's Cleaner they told me I had nothing to pick up. Again, I receive the notification so I called the number that was to a different location of which I have never been and this time they said that they have had my belt for over a month. I had already purchased a new belt as mine was no where to be found. Update: They offered to deliver everything and I clearly told them NOT to deliver on Monday the 29th as I wouldn't be home until late. Well they delivered all of my things on Monday the 29th and they were on the floor around my front porch that is not covered. I emailed customer support, did not get a response so called the next day. I was referred to the route manager, he offered to reclean. As you can imagine, based on the last 3 issues, I declined as why on earth would I trust them with my clothing again considering the lack of attention to detail and proper care. He told me he would work on my refund. Well a week goes by and not a single phone call, email, contact of any kind. I call again and was told accounting would contact me. They never did. This time I finally notified AMEX of services not rendered but payment taken and email customer support and the email you see is the literal first email correspondence I received in 9 days after my complaint. They made me chase them around to get the issue resolved and refuse to give a full refund despite all of my items being covered in pollen and 2 items being open and covered in dirt. They do not care about customer service. I was told that they still performed a service. It is good to know that should I choose to run a business as, say, a home cleaner, I can say I will clean your house then carelessly leave all of the doors open for anything to find its way in, leaving a mess of leave, dust and debris and say "sorry I DID clean it but left it a mess due to carelessness so you still owe me over half payment as technically the service was performed before you saw the mess left." I do not recommend their service.

Love the home pick-off and drop-off options… so convenient! Takes the hassle out of dry cleaning. I’ve brought items here for years and never had a problem with any of them, always clean and in good condition when returned.

Two occasions now that $900 worth of my property has been lost or ruined. We took a comforter in and it was swapped with another customers. Same brand, NOT the same comforter. We've been disputing this error since OCTOBER. Complete lack of communication or willingness to help. The last resolution we received was that we would be mailed a gift card for the value of the comforter. Have yet to receive, when followed up I was told that this was not an option and that we would receive a $300 CREDIT! I then recently took two winter coats in to be cleaned and they were both ruined. The filling completely balled up and the coats have lost their shape. Was told this was a manufacturing issue as the label on the coats don't say to dry clean. At what point do you then give the customer a courtesy call before moving forward. I have also had these coats dry cleaned before no problem. It has now been over 3 weeks since I've received any communication regarding either issue after multiple phone calls and emails. Terrible service and will be sure to continue spreading the bad business practices within our local community. Beyond disappointed.

I have used this dry cleaners for 8 years and they do a fantastic job. I love the drive up window so l don't have to leave my car. I signed up for their Express Bag and l put all my clothes in the bag. It has a tag with my info on it, so l literally pull up and the staff grab it from my back seat. Very friendly, especially Kara. She knows my name and often gets my dry cleaning before even opening the sliding glass door! Plus they give me lots of coupons which come in handy as well. I highly recommend them.

Called there today just to ask how quickly I could get my dry cleaning and press back if I dropped it off at six. Amber rudely says after 5 pm, when I asked if I could pay a fee to have it sooner she says “NOBODY IN GRAND RAPIDS DOES ONE HOUR DRY CLEANING” like Jesus lady I just asked a simple question, no need for the attitude. Sorry you hate your job and it sucks but I’ll be for sure taking my business elsewhere. I was in a bind and need a suit done by noon but typically I’d have at least 5-10 shirts and pants done a week. Being new in the area I’ll for sure pick a more respectable business.

Bad experience. Service is rude and prices are high. Dropped off a coat for a funeral , they said it would be done next today for the funeral. When I went to pick it up they didn't have it. They sent it off site for "more thorough cleaning" but no one called me to see if I want this if it meant it wouldn't be ready in time. Sorry to say I won't be going back here again

Well I think it's a great plan you have, "drive up with a bag of laundry stay in your car and someone will rush out and take it"
The problem is getting the employee to come out. I know if they are with a customer it
will take a little time, no problem, when they look at you and never come out, it tends
to get under your skin. Is this service only on warm sunny days? My experience has not always been good!
Sometimes an employee won't come out, will just look at you, until
you get out and go in. What is the plan, please spell it out, I'm tired of trying to figure
it out. This could be a great service especially for handicap folks. Please tweek the
service. Thank You!
