I got my make up done by one of the make up artist at Sephora, her name was Tyler A. She did exactly what I wanted make up wise, I was going for a romantic, soft, elegant look for an anniversary dinner. She listened to what I wanted and really made me feel beautiful!! Highly recommend her

Noni (I think that was her name) was so good! She was very charismatic and really knowledgeable. You could tell she really cared about making sure people found something they loved. Also her makeup was stunning!

I just visited this location and not one employee greeted me or offered to help. I eventually asked the cashier about a specific type of mascara and she pointed across the store and told me to go look at a few different kinds. I then asked her if it would be easier if someone could show me since she could not leave the register. Instead of responding, she just repeated the brands and pointed. I then wandered around for several minutes, trying to find what she pointed at while several employees wandered around and passed me. It was obvious I was looking for something and no one offered assistance. A few smiled at me and continued to walk past. This is the second Sephora location this has now happened at. When some people are greeted and others are blatantly ignored, it does not feel good. I left without purchasing.

Got my Makeup done for a Maternity Photoshoot and ended up with RingWorm on my forehead … Went back to the store to show manager and she was very sympathetic, even offer to refund my service fee … Got to the register and she didn’t no how to do the refund properly. Passed my information along to the Store Manager Christine and she denied my refund and basically said “Thank You for letting us no !”

Was interested in purchasing a new foundation and lipstick, after entering the store, not one of the 7 or so employees working at the time greeted me or asked if they could assist in any way. 3 of the employees were in a group near the register and did not even make eye contact with me, and were also blocking my access to the back of the store while they they carried on personal conversations. They did not even move out of the way to let me pass. I walked out without purchasing anything. Literally the worst customer service I have ever had in any retail setting. For a cosmetic business where the customer service is so valued I don't understand how this many employees were so incompetent in the basics of the job.

I came in looking for a gift for a friend and Symphonee was so helpful! She immediately had an idea and helped me find exactly what I needed even though I didn’t even know what I was looking for. She even rang me up and was so friendly throughout the whole experience.

Lola was very very rude to my friend and I when we were trying to look for color matched. She spoke to is like children and made us feel every uncomfortable. We were shocked with her attitude and levels of projection.

It’s always super intimidating walking into a Sephora to ask a girly how am I supposed to do my makeup or what am I supposed to use. At this location specifically I do not feel that whatsoever. The women are so nice and take the time to help me, showing me what to use and answering all my questions. I never feel any pressure and I never feel belittled or like I shouldn’t be in there. Special thank you to Samara for helping me on this particular Sephora trip. She was honest in her opinions and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help me find the right concealer. The Rivertown Sephora is closer to me but I’ll driver a little extra to go to the Woodland Sephora solely based on my customer experience.

I purchased a cologne with the wrong card and I realized after i left the store so i had my boyfriend go in and switch the cards while i went and did other shopping. He came back and told me the workers couldn’t make the switch because they had suspicion he stole the card. We were in sephora for about 30 minutes so they had seen him with me in there. I was just very disappointed with the customer service. I am also disappointed with they way the employees treated him.

I love Sephora but every time I come to this location I leave with products that the employees have made false claims about, and then have to make the 2hr drive to make returns/exchanges. I was there yesterday looking for a waterproof brown mascara, was given a good recommendation for a YSL product so I asked the employee to give me the EXACT box of what I need to bring to the cash...Just checked today, the mascara is not waterproof. The product doesn't even exist in waterproof by the brand. Super disappointed by this constant waste of my time and $$.

Had a five star experience thanks to Jocelyn who turned my store overwhelm into a roadmap to exactly what I needed!! I’m very much obsessed with the Summer Fridays Super Amino Gel they directed me to, and overall their patience and kindness while helping me today. I’ll gladly return to this location again ?
