Moving our parents from a condo to a Senior Living facility went so smoothly. They came in and wrapped and packed everything up and then set the apartment up just like the condo was. When SMS was walking out, my parents were walking in. My mom said. “This is beautiful!” I highly recommend SMS. They are caring and very efficient.

We were extremely pleased with the services we received with our move from Traverse City to Grand Rapids. The whole crew was very professional and efficient. They all worked very hard and so quickly that the whole process went very smoothly. We especially appreciated how the unloading and unpacking went which helped us immensely to feel settled much sooner than we anticipated. We certainly would highly recommend them to others.

We had a wonderful experience with SMS and I would recommend them without hesitation. SMS moved my 83-year-old mother from her life-long house into senior living. Not only did they do the heavy lifting in terms of packing, moving, and unpacking, but they also helped with advice and managing the project.
My mother was completely at ease with SMS team she worked with. SMS helped her sort through decades of belongings, and plan how she would be living in her new home. She said the people she worked with were "wonderful" and I agree. The people SMS hires really understand seniors, and are ready to patiently work with them for a really great experience.
During preparation, moving, and post-move clean-out, SMS was always on time and very professional. I specifically commend their excellent communication. I always knew what was going on and what the plan was, and got fast answers to any questions.
This is a very well-run organization that does everything right. They care, they're very professional, and they are very focused on their customers. Thank you, SMS!

We hired SMS for two large moving projects for our senior living community in Jenison, MI earlier this year. They came out quickly to assess the projects, coordinated the dates and the move with our staff and families, and were extremely mindful and respectful of our seniors personal effects. Nick and Mike were outstanding - friendly and conversational while being totally professional and focused on getting the job done. They were equally careful with the cherished antiques and everyday furnishings. This is our second experience with SMS. Based on the first move, I didn't hesitate to call on them again!
