“Roger Taylor and his crew were fabulous getting our boxes and furniture from the house, garage and storage unit! They even boxed up a few things we hadn’t gotten packed yet. Very thoughtful they put down rugs to not risk scrapes or dirt getting on the floors. For our first time using a moving company Roger was kind and helped us know what the plan was and checked in with us frequently making sure everything looked great! We so appreciate their fast and efficient work!”

It's always been plowed in the winter when Ive gone there, the electric gate has always opened up and has never glitched out. They are very friendly to talk with and do business with.”

“Super clean, high end and secure storage. 24/7 access and security is super well done.Amenities include(all free) rolling carts at all entrances, individual bathrooms, temperature control. They even have a box truck you can use. I work for a nonprofit and we got to use it for free for a large community event.Their customer service is amazing. We have switched our unit twice. We did it all online, super easy. First time we canceled our contract and made a new one. (realized we wanted indoor temp control). There was understandably a service fee (unrefundable cost for the few days we had it.) Manager ended up calling to make sure we liked the new one, but also refunded all our money from old unit.The next time we needed to move to a bigger unit. since it was mid month, we figured we would just double book. Goving us time to move everything. The manager called again and asked how long we needed to move. Since we had already done it, he refunded the rest of the month for old unit and applied it to the bigger one.Only ever one issue. Near Christmas my wife went to get items at 2am. Code worked on gate, but would not allow her into the main building. There had been some sort of power issue, so security took over. Not only did they get it fixed, but manager also gave us gift cards for the inconvenience.Honestly they could raise their prices 20% and I would still be recommending them as a bargain.”

“Had a great experience at this storage facility. Sometimes you feel this pressure to fill out a large of stack of papers but the paperwork here was short and simple and didn't feel like I was signing my life away like the other places . The manager was kind enough to help me with several very significant moving issues I had at the time, which I'm very thankful for. Oh, finally, Unlike the competition which locks you out at 10 or 11:00 at night, this place is open 24/7 which makes a big difference to 2nd and 3rd shifter like me to get their moving done.”

In that time we started with 1 truck and some equipment then over the years we expanded to 4 trucks and alot of equipment needing more space. Although there was a small issue with the cargo van I originally reserved not coming up in the system, so I had to use a box truck instead.
