Horrible experience i went with my mom and I asked the lady with the white purple hair to show me where the heat protectant spray are and the she talked to me in a annoyed tone and said if i read them i would know. just overall a bad experience and energy from the workers

I would not recommend this salon centric at all.I have never had any problems with the one in grandville ! Every time I go to this one they act like they don’t want to help. I asked this tall blonde women for a recommendation on a hair color line since I wanted to try a new brand out and she acted like she did not want to help and said “ legally I can’t formulate for me “ I said “ I didn’t ask you to formulate I asked for a brand recommendation “. Two times that I went there the same women did not act friendly and she did not want to help.
