I have been going to Sally's for nearly 18 years and my experience at this store made me no longer a customer. I was directly insulted by an employee, told that I didn't know what I was doing, and she looked at her manager who then exchanged a rude look, at my experience, between the two of them. My boyfriend was with me and was appalled, but he knew I have anxiety issues, so he did not want to make a scene. We came to the conclusion that I should return the items and never give this place my business again. That is exactly what I am going to do.

I was asked to give a review of Sally's Beauty Supply. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. Emily is beyond fantastic. Extremely personable and knowledgeable with beauty supplies and helpful. I witnessed her giving hints to help others with their needs without pushing any products. Just simply loving to help others is what Emily is about. Definitely my new go to place!

I went in this morning because I wanted to dye my hair red and got a color remover and red high color and developer. Later I returned with only red roots and the rest of my hair was still pretty dark. The store manager Emily was super helpful to me and helped me get what I needed to fix my hair. She was very patient and answered all my questions. She definitely exceeded my expectations and I never truly experience that at stores anymore. I’m very greatful for her help. She definitely deserves a raise. Best experience I’ve ever had in a Sally beauty!

Went in yesterday trying to find a good purple hair dye for my hair, and the associate I worked with yesterday (I don’t remember her name. ?) and the manager working yesterday were literally some of the sweetest people I ever met!! They gave me so much info on different hair dyes and helped me pick such a nice one. Will continue going to this location. ?

Posting under my writing account since this WARNING to other customers is rather pertinent.I paid for 4 items. Upon pickup, I was not told that any substitutions we're made. I received 3 items, and one of the 3 was miraculously a 4oz of a lesser brand instead of the better brand's 18oz that I paid for! I have contacted customer service regarding the issue, and both I and customer service were perplexed at the establishment's refusal to return their call 30 minutes before closing.I was entirely ignored and stood for 5 minutes before the attendant said as much as "hello" to me upon my entry. Moreover, the attendant was strangely and adamantly lying that my phone number was not on the online pickup order and that I MUST ONLY place orders using my account rather than guest orders in order to pick up even if I presented 3 forms of identification.Logically, and if her assessment was truthful, wouldn't Sally's require users to log into their account before placing the order rather than allowing established users to place guest orders at all? It was ostensible that I was being profiled despite me presenting my driver's license, credit card, and phone number that the packing list revealed was always present.Imagine being an attendant and driving profits into the ground with such prejudicial and lawless behavior.Come to this Sally's if you'd like a side of unethical treatment with your tea tree oil!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRRIBLE!!!!!!! Manager was yelling at me after she admitted that the tool I wanted to buy was priced wrong. There were 2 of the same with 2 different prices. After telling her I wanted the cheaper one THE MANAGER refused to sell it for marked price then she went over and ripped the sticker off. Once the manager started yelling at me the employee checking me out started being very rude to me following the manager's lead. Disappointing! When I told her I was going to complain about the incident the manager told me "Go right ahead I dont care!" I cannot believe the way they treat their customers and honestly it was over $3. To her $3 is worth losing a customer of over 15 years!! I will never shop here again!!!! Would give -10 stars if I could!!

I went in and spent $16 and was not offered a bag. When I asked for one the woman said we only have big bags. She did not offer me a bag whether it was big or not. Very disappointing. Very unfriendly did not ask me if I needed help
