From my own experience, I can say that they were always punctual, incredibly respectful, and went above and beyond to assist me. Their helpfulness made the entire journey a pleasant experience. I highly recommend their services! ?✨ The owner was very helpful and very professional in assisting me and setting up my appointments

I had the most pleasant ride from Grand Rapids to Southfield to a doctor's appointment required by my insurance company. The young man was an excellent driver, a great listener, and very respectful. He was so kind. Traffic was a little hectic but my driver handled it well. I highly recommend Reliable Medical Transportation.

During a recent stay at a rehab facility I used Reliable Medical Transportation to take me to several doctor appointments. Excellent company! And very friendly drivers. I strongly recommend RMT.

This service was recommended to me through my insurance company and I’ve had the worse experience ever with them! My Dr.s appointment was at 10:30am this morning and my driver didn’t get to my house until 10:20am! Then she was barreling down the highway at 80mph trying to get me there and I was scared to death going at that speed. My return trip was a driver that seemed cool but she left me stranded at the pharmacy because I grabbed a few things while I was waiting on my prescription to be filled. I’ve been waiting over 90 minutes for someone to come back and get me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not believe the 5 star ratings! This is the WORST medical transportation company in Indianapolis. They literally shut me in the electronic door while I was reaching for my cane. They are ALWAYS at least an hour late and then try to pick up several people at the same time taking even more unavailable time! I actually lost my job after the 3rd time they caused me to be extremely late. The driver literally said out loud that he “didn’t care” if he was late or we were late! Horrible company.

Spoke to a John (and possibly another John) , and a wonderful friendly (or two) ladies in the office, I called 2 hours before an appointment and they actually worked it out for us to be able to get there. So if you add all three up, in my opinion it's a huge win! Thank you all so very much! Thank you for helping my family out!!

Reliable Medical Transport is the only company I call when I need a ride for mom, now non-ambulatory, in a wheelchair. Richard and Pam are the BEST. Easy scheduling, good communication, kind drivers. Excellent Choice for greater Grand Rapids area.

I'm a Dialysis wheelchair patient that caught covid. I had mobility issues get to my appointment during my covid infection. I called several companies and no one would accept my request until I reached Reliable Medical Transport. The Reliable driver was covid protected, the driver was kind and got me to my appointment on time for last weeks appointments. I highly recommend Reliable and appreciate what they do for us.

Not sure how reliable you can be when your drivers can’t even safely drive. One driver almost rear-ended me because they were trying to pass in a turn lane.
