Utilized this location for an IKEA pickup and was very happy with the experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend utilizing this location for an IKEA pickup!

Had to drive from defiance Ohio here to pick up a piece of Ikea furniture. The person who helped me was very pleasant and the transaction is very smooth. The only issue I had was they didn't check off that I had picked up my delivery the day of and so I thought I'd left something because I got a notification the next day.

TO be fair - Reliable was contracted by AG Systems for the last leg of delivery. I am not sure sure is most at fault. After 3 weeks of surety and phone calls and emails (day after day) with AG Systems I finally got my product today. I truly think the business model is to take care of the squeaky wheels. They are so far behind and schedule appointments, just to appease people, then prioritize delivery to those that keep "bothering them".

I placed an order with Costco and they contracted with Reliable Delivery to complete the delivery to my residence. My experience with the workers of Reliable Delivery was that they were rude, unprofessional and lacked the proper equipment to complete my delivery. Upon notifying one of the workers that the delivery was advertised to be delivered to a room of my choice on the ground floor the worker proceeded to refuse to adhere to this parameter and then carelessly unloaded my order from the truck with his co-worker in cringe worthy fashion, threw it in my garage and drove off, but not without openly scoffing at me for my request that the item be delivered as it was described in the advertisement from which I purchased it and in the manner in which they were contracted to deliver it. In terms of service I would give this company a negative ten.

We do all our corporate deliveries with Reliable and they are the best! Very few hiccups, and when one happens, they are quick to remedy it. We've been with them for over 8 years and can highly recommend them.

I tried to schedule a delivery of a mattress that I had ordered from QVC. First they scheduled a delivery and then called to say they could not deliver it in house due to Covid. I tried to call them back to schedule delivery to just deliver outside. I kept getting put on hold and then the call would disconnect. At one point the receptionist answered and I asked her to have the guy call me back so we could set up delivery and she said he'd call me back before he left for the day. He never called me back. Then I spoke to someone else that put me on hold and I sat on hold for over 10 minutes. The last time I called to try to scheduled the delivery I was put on hold and then it finally went to an answering machine. I'm so fed up with this company that I just canceled my order with QVC.

Still waiting since 9:00 am for a delivery that was suppose to be delivered between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. It is currently 1:00 pm with no 1/2 hour pre call or a courtesy call that the driver is running late. I had to call several times to even get a response. Now Reliable Delivery ( not very RELIABLE) tells me it will be another COUPLE HOURS before delivery. Do these people think we have nothing else to do in life then wait for them? I recieved notification last Friday that this delivery would be Monday. It is now Wednesday.

I will do my best to make a long story short. I ordered kitchen cabinets from the Home Depot, and the shipping date that I was originally given by the store was incorrect. Reliable delivery is the last mile company to deliver kitchen cabinets for Home Depot in my area. I got a hold of this company on a date that I was supposed to have my cabinets delivered, and when things were not going as planned I requested to speak to a manager, it was a Friday night after 6 PM. Within an hour the VP of the company called me and made things right. He hired somebody to deliver my cabinets on Saturday, which they typically do not do and I found - he even paid the driver extra for taking a Last minute last minute Saturday delivery. This was the week before Thanksgiving and I had no kitchen due to the wrong information from Home Depot. These people have gone above and beyond what I would’ve expected in making sure that I am satisfied customer. They have kept in touch with me as some of my cabinets were missing, they found two of the five that were missing and they will be delivering the remaining three that we had to re-order. I really appreciate all the help they gave me in making sure my ordered items were found, delivered timely and the great advice from their extremely friendly driver who did the first portion of the delivery.
