I used Reinspired Treasures to help stage my house for selling. It is a quirky home from the late 1800's so it had a lot of character. I was hoping to use staging as an opportunity to help highlight the wonderful aspects of it so others could see a home and future there.
First, it was an excellent experience. Jay was extremely responsive and professional. Not only did he help provide appropriate furniture, but he also inspected down to the smallest details making recommendations on switching out light bulbs and areas for cleaning. (He even was able to repair a light in the chandelier!)
Second, I previously had my house up for sale without staging and didn't receive any offers over the typical busy rental period of spring. After 6 months of no offers, I ended up calling Jay to help. Along with a change in realtors, staging, and updated photos post-staging, I had 5 offers the first weekend it went back on the market. It sold for above asking and specifically above the price I had previously listed it during which it sat on the market for months. I truly believe Jay and his team made a major difference in my success.
Third, I was three time zones away throughout this entire process and thus never met in-person. I could trust Jay and his crew to be respectful and professional. They also worked with my crazy schedule. I could tell they cared greatly about their work and my selling. They were just as happy as I was about the good news.
This is a long overdue rave on their services and team. I believe their work helped my home not only gain offers but also exceed my own expectations for sale price. They are affordable and competitive with other stagers in the area.
I would 100% recommend using them to help stage and sell your home.

This rating would be higher because of he great customer service I witnessed the other customers receive. Every other person that walked in was greeted very warmly, however when I walked in , you would’ve thought I was invisible. No acknowledgment at all. It didn’t both me until I saw how everyone else was greeted. Very disappointing.

I have shopped at this store numerous times, and have purchased some wonderful things. But - I’m giving it only three stars based on the sales help not being very friendly or helpful. I don’t like to mention things like this, but when it happens so many times, then I think it needs to be brought up. When a customer feels like they are not welcome, or even an inconvenience for asking some questions then it just doesn’t feel like a good shopping experience. And this has happened during various trips to this store. Disappointing.

This interesting shop is a mixture of the new & the old. I love an eclectic home! You'll find furniture, jewelry, puzzles, knick knacks, books, art work, pictures, clothing & MORE. It's fun to browse & fun to buy! The people are friendly & helpful. Situated on a well traveled road in Grand Rapids, MI, parking is available along the street & behind the stores. While you're there, stop across the street to The Old Goat restaurant for a delicious meal or a snack. ?
