My husband and I were transitioning into the next chapter of our lives, BUYING A HOUSE.We were recommended to use the services of Brian Clinger, a representative of Coldwell Banker, by friends who he also helped to find their perfect home fit for their family.Our process seemed nerve wracking as we did not come from the area in which we were looking to buy. We were 5 hrs. away and seasonal workers so time management was always a major factor. Brian was so patient and professional. My husband learnt all the little tricks into "what to look for when Buying" from Brian. Brian Clinger defines perfectly the term REALTOR. Having been in the real estate business 32 years I have high expectations when I use/recommend a fellow REALTOR. Having tried other realtors to sell our Custom Built Luxury home with no success, Brian convinced us to give him a try. I new right away he was different.
