Worse experience ever! Took my car for a noise in my engine. They first told me it was my belt. Got it done. And still making noise. Next they said it was the alternator. Took it to another shop for 2nd opinion and turned out it wasn’t none of those problems. Charge me over $300 for nothing. Definitely never going back there and I won’t recommend it to anyone. They don’t know what they’re doing. Horrible experience. They also did my father in law dirty. Do your research before hand

I had a backyard project go awry - I couldn’t manage to remove a frozen wheel bearing.They picked up the pieces: within a few hours, one of the mechanics installed the new bearing, right front cv axle, and sway bar links.The shop didn’t mind that it was parts that I had purchased. Thanks team. Also, you’re welcome for starting the project ?(Almost all the bolts were already un-stuck!)

Horrible service I will never come back here again literally charged 250 for them to so nothing at all because they didn't have to proper equipment after they said they did never again will they get my services

Took my vehicle for a complete break job, they charged $1,000. Had to bring my car back the next day because my wheel was making loud noise. Noise was not there prior to me bringing my car to Rafa auto, left with the same noise on wheel and 2 month later tire rod broke.

Had a great experience with these guys. First off they charge $70 an hour for labor which is half as much as a name brand place (Tuffy). Second is they charge you the same if not cheaper for parts than an Auto Zone. They even installed some of my own parts that I brought to them. They are super nice and understand you as a customer. Thanks Rafa for fixing my brake issues ??

Took my car to get spark plugs and ignition coils changed, charged me about $300 and one of the sparks plugs wasn’t even changed they just put tape around it bc it was missing a piece, DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!Service: Auto maintenance

Rafa's auto repair is an amazing shop to take your vehicle. Honest, reliable service you can count on. I have been a customer for years and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. If you come in for a service and is not needed they will tell you and not try to charge you extra for things you don't need. They speak Spanish also.
