I have had priority health off, and on for the last decade, based on my prior experiences, I signed up with it again for this year, only to wind up being very disappointed not only have they not charged my premium properly to my automatic, paperless billing, They are refusing to cover a medication. I’ve been on for the last year and was covered under flare last year. My doctor has sent more than a few pre-authorizations with subsequent denials. I have been without medication now for three months for my diabetes with no concern of theirs, it looks like I’m going to have to pay out of pocket and not be able to take this off of my deductible. I can’t wait till open enrollment to get the hell out of this

I've been with Priority Health for a few years now, and my health insurance agent Mr. Derek Burrell always makes sure that the process of enrolling and updating my information in the system is as easy and hassle-free as possible. He has always helped me understand the details of my plan and is there to answer any questions or concerns I might have. He is also very quick to respond and assist customers. Definitely recommend Priority Health and Mr. Burrell!

I have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in premiums over the past 30 years for myself and family. Have been very healthy and have cost PH very little. PH lost one of my payments and therefore sent me an impolite letter threatening to cancel my policy. Now I am trying to talk to someone to about my $1,300.00 per month premium to see if there are options and was told I would receive a call from the "retention department". No return call. Was told to call my agent. Have left 3 messages. No return call.

The insurance it self is decent coverage. However, the overall experience of dealing with poor customer service is extremely difficult and considerably less than expected!

Derek B. with Priority Health did an amazing job helping me decide what coverage is best for me and my family, and getting us enrolled in a health and vision plan easily and without any confusion. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well, which is a huge plus!! Highly recommend Derek B. to help people with the enrollment process!!

I have the best experience ever at Priority Health speaking with Ty’Ree. She is beyond helpful. She is so respectful and kind in all of my situations and questions trying to buy health insurance. She is truly God sent. I love working with her and I’m so grateful to have her as my representative!!!!
