I would probably move just to be near this shop…I can’t say enough good things about premier..it’s our go to shop for my family ,customer service,sale items ,new items,quick shippingand of course raffles for my fav shoe the dunk sb.dont forget loyalty rewards ..if u don’t shop with premier u need to check them out..I promise u won’t be disappointed…

This, is a shoe store and board store. You will not find a single helmet, knee pad, or wrist guard in the whole store. Staff seemed nice enough tho

Premier is the best skate shop around, especially if you're in Michigan. They're a big part of the local skate scene and have connections with pro skaters and big brands. They have a huge selection of skate wear, cool clothing brands, and lots of decks to choose from. The people who work there are awesome super friendly and always willing to help out. If you're into skating or streetwear, you must check out Premier.

Each and every employee working today was helpful, patient, honest, and so very kind. Our first time in to pick out a board for our son, and we were blown away by the helpfulness and kindness of the employees. And of random shoppers in the store. Had no idea what to expect, but left us excited to return. I would absolutely recommend them. You've got customers for life guys..

Ordered a pair of air max ones on 7/26 at 9 am , shoes were shipped within a few hours and arrived the next day. Total time was about 28 hours. No issues with the shoes box or how they were packed . Thanks :)

Absolutely my favorite store to visit, when I am able to actually make it inside of the location. Took me 4 years to get back inside, but it was worth the wait. Bought some beautiful New Balance 990 MITUSA joints, a few action figures, shorts, hat, and something special for the trip back to Chicago.This place is an Icon, including local inhabitants, one guy who broke their arm in multiple spots trying out for the X-Games in 1987. Shout out to that guy who beat X-Games to X-Games 8 years previous to it's inception. As one employee stated to the gent, "That'll happen".As will spending $500 when all you wanted was a $150 pair of shoes. OOOPS. hahahahLove ya'll. I'll do better to make it in before another 4 years.

I cannot be a bigger advocate for Premier. I ordered shoes that were cheaper than anywhere else I looked, and when I selected the 3-5 day shipping at around 5 pm, they shipped mid-afternoon the next day! I can’t say this will be the case for everyone, but the customer service and experience was impeccable. I was notified of every step in the shipping process with very clear explanations! 100% will be buying from this small business again!

I’ve shopped with them for a few years now. Very fair system with running raffles and their rewards tiers. Customer service team for online is A1. They usually hand write notes on each of the orders - a small gesture which goes so far. Love this place they’ll get my money for a while!

Completely satisfied with my purchase. Had a hard time finding Nike Cortez ‘23, even Nike website was sold out, but Premier had them and in the size that I needed. My order arrived in less than a week. Premier was even nice enough to include a new pair of socks. Would definitely recommend.
