I spend around $10k a month with this place and they do a great job.. I see a lot of these other reviews bashing them, but I ask you this.. Try giving a foreign parts dealer a call and see if they even call you back or answer the phone!!!!!

Parts received in excellent condition but there were some pitfallsFirstly the mode of communication wasn't appropriate. The responses to the emails sent was poor.In their site weight of each part wasn't mentionedThe shipping price was massive it was quoted 20 dollars then jumped to 399 without notice.All the above concerns made me think to stop dealing with their products /buying their products

My order took a few weeks to be delivered. It wasn't shipped out until after i called to nag them.The part i received was not for my vehicle. This is despite providing them my VIN and their website showing the part number shipped was for my vehicle. After a week of phone tag, they confirmed the error is on their website.I called every week for over a month and despite the promises, they never sent an RMA or return shipping label. Everytime i call, the "parts manager" is out of the office and rarely returns calls. They never reply to emails.If you need the right part or even just customer service, try someone else.

I don’t normally review, but I have to on this experience. I had ordered parts and one part was waiting to arrive so that they can ship. They said the next day that part will arrive and then they can ship that following day. Week and a half goes by not one email from them I called to check up on them and they said Yep everything‘s here we can ship it. I have received my parts and two of them are heavily damaged due to lack of their boxing procedure. They didn’t seem too concerned however advised me they will email me a return label. Seven hours later I figured they would email me the label prior to them closing, but they did not. I called twice to see if they would hurry, but they did not. I will try to go tomorrow.

Do not buy from these people if you need what you order. I paid overnight shipping on Monday evening for a part I needed, it is Friday and I have no part. The employees were of zero help and unwilling to offer any assistance. They simply do not care. Low prices are irrelevant if your parts are not delivered when promised. Places of business that operate like this with no regard for their customers should prompt Google to institute a ZERO star review, one star is too much.

They sure don't put forth any effort in shipping your parts out. It says it's been waiting to ship for 2 weeks now.They don't even attempt to act like they care when you're finally able to get someone on the phone??

The last several orders have taken several weeks to receive. When I call to check on them, there is a total lack of concern. If you need a ford part, look elsewhere.

1 star is too many. Ordered product over a week ago. Needing it to get customers truck out of my shop and still hasn’t shipped yet. I constantly have 30-40 ford diesels at my shop and was looking for a place to deal with. Today is April 6th 22. The shipping said it will be here between 6-8. And still hasn’t shipped. I emailed them with no reply. I called and left voicemail with no calll back. I kept having to call. If you’re looking for a place to buy ford parts from please don’t buy them from here

Garbage company. Don’t pay for rush shipping. They will ship the regular way regardless and not answer emails. I have a PayPal claim open now because I paid for overnight shipping and the part took a week and a half to arrive.

Found a part I need on their website. I actually called them before placing the order to make sure they had it/could get it. Was told yes, they were seeing over a hundred available at the warehouse and could have it in about a day. So I moved forward and placed the order. A week goes by and my order status still says 'In Progress'. So I call back asking for an update and was told the part is on backorder indefinitely, despite what I was told by someone else there prior to actually placing the order. Ok. So the order is now canceled, and I know I cannot count on these folks for accurate information. They all don't work off the same page over there, apparently. In the future, when it comes to parts, I'll take my business elsewhere. They're off the list.
