From the original estimate until completion the process was excellent. The work on my 2023 Rivian R1S was flawless, and the repairs are undetectable. All electronics are in perfect order. Pfeiffer supplied all the proper documentation to the insurance company, and I was not required to give any additional information. The office staff and Rob, the supervisor, were always attentive and polite. I would not hesitate to have future repairs done there (but hope I don't need any!).

Samantha at Pfeiffer Collison was amazing to work with and far exceeded any expectations on customer service! I thought I was just taking my Bronco in for an estimate but she was able to get it in immediately for repairs, made arrangements for a rental car for me, and delivered me to the rental car - all in less than 30 minutes! Pfeiffer kept me updated on the progress of the work via text messages and had the Bronco ready in less than a week - much sooner than others estimated. Everyone in this shop was professional, friendly and went beyond to ensure this was an easy and smooth process.

Facility did not provide a honest timeframe for how long it would take to fix my car because of this I had to pay 300$ for a rental because I had an out of town engagement and insurance only covered rental until car was completed. Would not recommend
