This is my first experience with parts giant and I have to let you know that the service was super quick, very efficient and I received my item just as they were advertised. I've ordered with other companies in the past where I waited up to two weeks for the item to be delivered, unable to make contact with the retailer, not parts giant they kept me informed the whole way... I believe this time my item was delivered in no longer than three or four days. Thank you parts Giant I'm sold & will be telling all my friends about you and for me I won't be shopping anywhere else for my items from now on. Awesome gang!!!

By far the worst company. Sent me a set of Vance and Hines dresser duals pipes COMPLETELY LOOSE IN THE BOX which obviously ruined them. All the hardware was loose as well, pipes were unwrapped. Jesse from customer service is the only guy there that you can talk to and he is the most arrogant person. He don't give no craps. Gives you the complete run around. I've been waiting on a return label for 5 DAYS still don't have it. It's a freaking label. Not a piece of legislation. This company will be bankrupt by next year I guarantee it. I have a business to run I don't have time for games. Or immaturity. Will NEVER buy parts for my bikes here ever again.

Ordered a chain and sprocket kit for my 2005 Suzuki Hayabusa!! Could not be happier with my experience with parts giant! Got my order in 3 days .... 2 days earlier than expected! Just in time for my road trip with friends! Thank you parts giant for being awesome ?!!

Order window regulator,decided not fix van,ask for return,they stall,then accept return,pending. And a 56 dollar part,gets you 39. Guess they're crybaby's and need to feel they need the difference. Kept acting like I ordered wrong part,no I don't need part. Amazon is as crappy as Parts giant to allow these shady practices. So you order,it's yours,they like your money,so much,it's hard for them to refund.

Ordered a clutch cable on August 2 and it says it was shipped on the 6th but it's the 8th and it is still saying it is in Michigan. I WON'T BE ORDERING ANYTHING ELSE FROM PARTS DWARF. I need the part so I ordered it from RevZilla had to pay more for shipping than the part but I NEED it!! Thanks a lot Parts Dwarf won't be using you again

Still actively waiting four days for clutch kit to ship after the money being out. Got a response today telling me I can get a refund or I’m gonna have to wait for the fourth day. Awful customer support response and Handling times. The world doesn’t just Revolve around parts giant And there’s dates when jobs need to be done.
