i drove 2 1/2 hours to do an exchange so i could get same prices as what i paid for online on black Friday. first thing i saw was four workers all right next to each other. a worker sitting on the counter on his phone, two others messing around jumping on each others back and one at the main check out point. i had walked up to the counter with my bag of clothes and from the first second the lady looked like she was not happy. after she had put my order number in she had started scanning my three items, she was then rude and told me two of the three items weren't on this order and i was nice and showed her my email with all three items (she didn't look very happy that i was right.) after her redoing my order number she found the items in the order. i asked if they had two of the items in store so i could just walk out with them and unfortunately didn't so i asked if we could order online and have them shipped to my house. she told me it would be the same if i had ordered on my own time and at this point i was just wanting to get out of the store because i didn't like how i was being treated so i agreed and left. i am also a retail worker and would never act like this to a costumer. moral of the story i had to spend double on a shirt at home when it could've been an even exchange if the worker was doing her job correctly. i do not recommend this pacsun at the woodland mall.

I’ve never visited a store location where customer service was this incredibly rude. From looking at the other reviews, not a lot of good impressions made. Im not sure how this store is even open anymore. Just 3 teenagers running the store all with the worst behavior and attitudes you could imagine.

being born and raised in new york city, i had high expectations for customer service when i moved to grand rapids, michigan. i am in love with pacsun and i am extremely grateful that grand rapids not only has one, but three locations. i recently visited the location inside woodland mall. long story short; amazing experience. i was having trouble looking for a birthday present and was assisted by an amazing employee. this amazing employee’s name turned out to be michelle. very cute by the way, hope she’s single. very lovable person, loves to help others. in conclusion, i will be recommending this location to family and friends. if you see this michelle, THANK YOU.

Love how the second I walked in they said "you need to put on your mask, thank you." And when I clearly said "I'm sorry I have a really severe medical condition" they said "if you want to enter this store you have to put on your mask" which was the FIRST red flag. Apparently the fact I have asthma and forgot my inhaler at home doesnt matter to them. The second red flag was when I saw that all their clothes do not come in my size. If you are a bigger person, HAHA good LUCK shopping here. Third red flag was the prices! I ended up paying 15$ WITHOUT tax for one pair of sunglasses!! And that pair of sunglasses broke the next day! Never returned it because I gave my mom my receipt and she lost it. Otherwise PACSUN would have heard from me loooong ago.

I went to this location earlier today than immediately walked out. Only one associate seemed to actually be working while her fellow associate sat on the counter behind the register fiddling with her phone. On principal alone I chose to walk out.

They have a must wear mask policy no matter what, and no signage stating it. Even if your vaccinated, that is against government mandates. They should be locked down until they comply or America is back to normal

Was having a good shopping experience until I had to leave and while putting back my items where they go (because I’m a good person who doesn’t leave things in random places for the employees to put away at the end of the night) I put away the necklace socks and earrings and when I set the $4 brandy melville earrings back on the display I was met with an accusation of stealing said earrings, to which I was shocked I even had to respond with “no I literally just put them back.” The whole interaction was extremely off putting as I was not stealing but rather putting away my items so they wouldn’t have to. In the end I went back to the store and purchased the $4 earrings to prove a point and I’m so glad the girl who accused me was also the one to check me out thanks employee # 653895 for the $4 earrings I hope this helps your ADS and UPT <3

Clothes, cleanliness, and prices as expected. However, one of the girls working at this location was extremely rude and I'll mannered. I will be calling the manager about Cameron.

Decent skate/surf/snowboard popular clothing. A bit pricey, but they run sales and clearance on things as well to offset that if you are a bargain hunter like myself. I got some snow version etnies shes that I really like for 90 which is avg but they were hard to get online. Also have really cool hats like the pictured hat that I got as well. All in all I'd recommend taking a look in this store.

Came in with my sister last night and there were two employees in the front chit chatting, never once greeted us... not much of a selection of clothes and the lady that rang up my perfume I purchased was rude.
