This is definitely the best place to go in Grand Rapids. They are clean, friendly and do fantastic work! I have been seeing Molly there for years but have also seen a few others there when Molly was unavailable. Everyone has done a fantastic job with my hair.

Stephanie is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for cuts and sometimes color for two years. She balances what I want with her own expertise with hair—all I have to do is show her a picture or two of what I want and shazam, she makes it happen. Love her and love the studio, which is super rad and progressive.

This is my first review ever since I am frustrated.. Had microblading done 7 months ago- My eyebrows have already completely faded. I reached out to the lady who did my microblading to see if she recommended a touch up/her thoughts. I never received a call or text back. I ended up talking to a few other salons for microblading, and they let me know I needed it all re-done, and color correction which will cost as much as the appointment I just had 7 months ago. Very frustrating to have no communication for something that is as costly as it is and having to go somewhere else in less than a year.

Stephanie was great!!! She knew exactly what I wanted from 1 photo and was able to customize it to work with my curly hair.I would have given 5 stars but her scheduling got messed up by either the app or by the scheduling person. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time before she was able to see me but I didn’t mind waiting. The girl after me waited 40 minutes past her appointment and she looked upset. I’m definitely giving Stephanie one more try though!Services: Curly hair

After a miscommunication with my payments, I was able to talk with both Molly and Cat the owners. They were more than willing to help me find a solution that worked for everyone. Great customer service from this company overall.

This is for The Lash Haus In Lowell. I have been getting my eyelashes done with the same person for years! That said, prices have gone way up and quality and customer service have gone way down. Do not do the lash contract unless you read every last word and ask questions...even if you ask you won't get a straight answer. My lashes barely stayed on for one week after a fill. It is not always the customers fault. Oh and to the lash artist..put your dirty cell phone down in between putting on lashes..this is very unsanitary to the customers eyes. Over charged and frustrated with the outcome.

This place no longer has my business! I got my eyebrows microbladed here in January, 2021 by Spencer (who was great but no longer works there). I scheduled my touch-up appointment with Cat, who I believe is the owner as well. When I came in today for my appointment and was filling out the forms, I realized that one of the pre-appointments restrictions was that you are not supposed to use retinol for 4 weeks before the procedure. I use retinol every day. When I told the receptionist, she went in to the back room (which is very close to the reception desk) and I could hear how annoyed Cat was when the receptionist told her. Her response was “really? Well guess she’s gonna have to reschedule” in a tone that basically said “sucks to be her”. I also heard another person make an in appropriate joke about the situation, which Cat says didn’t happen, so I won’t repeat it in case I truly did mishear. Anyways, the receptionist then came out and said that they have to cancel my appointment. Which I understood but was still taken aback by the attitude of the owner (who didn’t even come out from behind the curtain of the back room to talk to me herself about it or explain anything). The receptionist then told me that normally they would charge me the full $300 DOLLARS as a cancellation fee, but they were only going to charge me $100. So I got charged $100 for getting NOTHING done. Mind you, I never received a single letter, text, email, ANYTHING reminding me about all of the specific restrictions or directing me to review them on their website before this procedure. I was expected to remember everything from the one and only session that I’ve ever had 18 months ago. I got one phone call in which they told me no caffeine or alcohol for 24 hours prior. That was it. I emailed the salon when I got home and received several stern responses from Cat, in which she put 100% of the blame on me, took no ownership in the poor communication, and even said that I owed her an apology because she had an open 3 hour block in her day because of what I did that made it so the appointment had to be cancelled. We wrote back and forth about 4 or 5 emails, in which I did apologize for my mistake, but she never once apologized. I did not intentionally do this. It was an honest mistake. If she had approached this situation with an ounce of compassion or kindness, I would have been upset that I was out $100 but would have understood and rescheduled. Had she come out and actually talked to me and said “hey listen I heard you used retinol and unfortunately we can’t do your appointment. I’m sorry to have to cancel you. Let me explain why and then we can look at my schedule to get you on after the 4 weeks has passed”. It would’ve been a MUCH different experience. I left feeling upset and then felt even worse after her harsh and blaming emails. Based on other reviews I’ve read sounds like I am not the only one who has seen this side of the business.

These stylists were LIFE SAVERS! I got married at Electric Forest and they came through with the hair and make up!! They calmed my nerves and did such an amazing job. I got SO many compliments!
