There’s a reason they have been in business for 60 years. They get the job done with excellent customer service. My daughters (at Aquinas Coll) jeep broke down and I was able to coordinate the repair from the Detroit area. My motor club towed the vehicle to the shop where it was promptly repaired with great communication and fairly priced. 211k Jeep Commander running strong!! Found them online, they are now my go to shop.

I was in desperate need of a transmission one place wanted to put a used transmission in my car for the price that O’Neill could rebuilt my transmission. When O’Neill looked at my car further, he called me with details. Very good details in my terms that I can understand how my car would run when he was done very pleased with the communication the service, the timeline the price was exactly what he said it was going to be and it was done when he said it was going to be, I thought I was in wonderful hands . This was not the 1st time I went to O'Neil's. The 1st time they test drove my car (I thought it may be a transmission issue), told me nothing was wrong with the transmission, told me to change my plugs, never charged me. They were right. I was so impressed I took my car there the next time I needed transmission work. Again, they did not disappoint. I trust them.Service: Transmission

I came and told a gentleman the issues with my car a week ago, the make model and issues were known. I had a appointment set to bring my car in today for a test drive etc. It had already been looked at by a dealer down in the Det area, I was told it was safe to drive it home and bring it to a trans shop around home (GR area) . I waited a week to be told "your car is to new, and I don't have the technology to fix it (after all he did was put it on the machine, which I already told him, it's not showing any codes) and then he told me take it to a dealer, and that he wasn't going to charge me. He knew the year and model of my car a week ago when the appointment was made. He wasted a week of my time if he didn't have the technology ? not to mention, he didn't even test drive it, then to tell me about how you aren't going to charge me?? I should charge you for wasting a WEEK of my time, especially if you were incapable of even doing the job. Again, the make, model, and year of the car was known a week ago. Shame on you.
