Two words: SHOP DOG. Aka Bancroft, the cutest, sweetest Golden Retriever ever. He is almost 10 years old and the most gentle, lovable dog. I loved his "branch manager" bandana!Okay so beyond the cutest shop dog ever, Oh Hello is an awesome store. They have so many fun items including locally made gifts and products. I liked that parts of the store were arranged by theme or subject, like book-themed items, LGBTQ+ things, nurse/cat/dog person stuff, etc. I think they have something for everyone at this store. I saw stickers, accessories, purses, socks, books, cards, gifts, toys, houseware items, postcards, the list goes on and on! They also have a Lock Box Key Club that is so fun, like a type of subscription membership. They also do monthly "drops" of new products all around a different theme - last time I was in it was totally rad 90s, which was very nostalgic and fun.I love this shop and its sister store next door, Courage & Soar - definitely great places to get some gifts for yourself or others.

This is such a fun shop. The folks there are so friendly, as is the resident dog. Super funny trinkets and stickers, etc. It's worth at least a peek in.

Incredibly cute local shop with an assortment of stickers, candles, mugs, and stationery goods. The shop animals, Bancroft and Oni, are so sweet and adorable.

I love going to this store and especially during art prize. They have an exhibit right now that you get to help color. Very fun for everyone in the family. They also have other amazing art to enjoy with great stories behind them. They have such cute gifts for all members of the family. I really like this phone purse they have that you can hook up with Bluetooth and is just very unique and a lot of people stop and ask me about it.

The woman who runs the store is wonderful, and Bancroft the dog was the sweetest. I could have spent hours in the store looking at everything, and the store is made up of local vendors. So it's like going to a craft show but within a store! I found so many interesting things to purchase for my loved ones from my trip to grand rapids here and I can't wait to go back. Will visit again!

New favorite gift shop in town! What a joy to look through this shop. A fabulous job of curating gifts. Hard to not just spend tons of money on things for myself! Definitely my go to now for needing last minute cards or gifts.... they always have something good!

My husband and I visited here and their sister store Courage and Soar and were blown away by the amount of talent and creativity in both shops. Not only was the selection something I could have spent hours looking through, the staff was incredible and so kind. Do not miss this gem of a shop.
