This is my forever home! Everyone has been so helpful since I moved in in August of 2023! The office staff have been exceptionally informative about what ever I may need from maintenance . They have been very prompt and polite in all my requests! I have and will recommend this place to all I meet!

Awesome place to live everything is within walking distance , really cool amphitheater, there is a pokestop on the property and the maintenance guy does an awesome job of fixing things in a timely manner

Like Ty is the best he amazing. Only reason I got the apartment made me feel more comfortable. Even when me and roommates had disagreements. Ty made sure we both had what we wanted and was taken care of. From being locked out to maintenance issuesTy is the guy simple

The apartment itself is surprisingly large, with nice walk in closets, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this place. Make sure you look at all the floor plans online, because the apartment you get shown in the tour is much nicer than what you're likely to get. The one I wound up in has no natural light except in the bedrooms, and no overhead lights except in the kitchen and bathrooms, so it's perpetually dark. In the six months that I've lived here, the doors in main entrance have not locked at night basically the entire time. They're only properly functional for at most a week before they break again. It's a running joke that the freight elevator never works, and there's laundry machines that have been broken since I've moved in. They advertise a non-smoking policy, but that is clearly not enforced. Multiple correspondence with the office has done absolutely nothing about the fact that my apartment constantly smells of marijuana, despite nobody in it smoking, and the first floor hall always smells of it too. The electric bill is never less than $200, and they have a "hands off" policy if a roommate refuses to pay-in other words, they will do nothing for the others who are stuck paying for the bill. You're also extremely lucky to get notice if a new roommate is moving in. There's also a very high chance they'll mess up the move in paperwork and send letters requesting an overdue balance that isn't actually owed, and it takes months for them to fix. Since the apartments aren't usually empty, they don't seem to ever get professionally cleaned. When somebody moves out, they have to show a receipt to prove that they hired a carpet cleaning service for their room, and the walls get painted, but that's it. The appliances are so old the grate in the dishwasher is missing chunks that have rusted off. The best part about living here is finding somebody to rent an apartment with somewhere else when our leases are up.Also, they expect everybody to resign the lease in December, regardless of when you moved in. I'm *not* resigning a lease six months before it's up.

the only good thing about this complex was gary. he was always so kind and sympathetic towards us- when dealing with crazy roommates, and was always very willing to fix anything in a timely matter when needed!if moving here, beware of the parking lot, if your sticker falls off like mine did , you’ll be towed and fined 280$.if you drop your keys down the elevator, it will be around 500$ to pull them out. (thankfully gary got mine out and didn’t have to pay)they will charge you an extra 100$ if rent is a day late (they don’t care about young students)and while living here, make sure your roommates pay their portion of electric, before moving out, our roomate blocked us and left us with a 500$ bill. the complex won’t do anything about it.also heat and electric here are RIDICULOUS. it will be about 400$ a month.oh! and don’t forget they will not return your security deposit! we received a whopping 40$ return from them, out of the near 600. they don’t even send an itemized list of what they have charged you for which is ILLEGAL.our crazy roomate threw hot cheetos and vegetable broth all over the apartment due to having an argument with her boyfriend, and they charged us (from our security deposit) with leaving trash even after informing them before moving out.so glad we are out of here!

There’s a reason the rent is cheap here as the place is a dump, only help you will get is from maintenance as they are very quick to respond and help.Management on the other hand is absolutely atrocious, impossible to ever get in contact with anyone at the office as they only care about getting new customers to sign leases and do not CARE ABOUT THEIR CURRENT RESIDENTS.New management year after year and they continue to drop the ballFind somewhere else to live.

This place has some bad reviews from the past mostly dew to management which I would agree past management was trash. They semi recently got a new property manager (josh) he is absolutely wonderful, actually cares about his residents and job. And definitely has made the place so much better in the short time he was here! I hope he stays long term because I will definitely consider staying longer if he does.

Wheelchair access is a fleeting hope since the elevators never work, and there's nearly a hundred feet of ascent for you waiting in the form of stairs should you be so unfortunate as to live on the 4th floor

The new management team is fantastic! Super personable and they really seem to care about tenants. Very excited to sign a lease here.

I worked for this company for 2 years and worked for 5 different property managers, I referred 2 people to move in and the property management company didn't pay the referral credit for either person. Our apartment constantly leaked from the ceiling and windows, we paid an average of $400 a month in electricity due to poor insulation. The doors never locked and it was common to see people sleeping in the hallways that stumbled in off the street. The police raided the apartment down the hall from me and you can hear parties constantly because of the paper thin walls. The leasing staff is confrontational and lazy, I wouldn't recommend this building or leasing company to anyone.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. I urge anyone looking for housing to stay away from this place or any place under their management. I only lived here for six months and in that time the elevator didn’t work at all, one of my packages was stolen, the air conditioning broke and my blinds didn’t close for 4 months. Not to mention the wedding venue right next to it has loud parties every single weekend. The leasing office will squeeze literally every penny out of you that they can. Also just a warning, if you need to sublease they’ll charge you $750 as a “lease takeover fee” which is ridiculous. Also the only rooms with overhead lighting are the bathroom and kitchen so bring a lot of lamps if you make the mistake of living here in the first place. The halls and stairwells are constantly filthy, stains on every inch of the carpet and a constant foul odor. The units themselves are filthy, I had to scrub every millimeter of the walls and the carpet in my room was downright heinous. They leave the cleaning to the tenants moving out which is a horrible idea. I could go on and on about why you should not live in these apartments but I’ll leave it here. Please stay away and good luck to anyone unlucky enough to sign a lease here.

The leasing agent Leah Fournier is top notch. She is so helpful with all our questions and concerns. She is on the ball and takes good care of the tenants. She is patient and kind. Thank you Leah

This apt complex is awful! I mailed a package to my child that lives in this place. It was stolen. Management doesn’t care. They will charge you a $100 if your rent isn’t paid on the 1st each month. I have renters insurance on my child’s apt and yet they keep charging the monthly $18 fee that we have to fight to get back every single month. Now they have cockroaches! They are everywhere. Not just one apt, etc. Management doesn’t care. Please do yourself a favor, and stay away. Cars are constantly broken into. The place is just nasty! When you call and talk to the manager, he always blames everyone else. Nothing gets fixed.
