I was so impressed with all of Noordyk from the beginning of my search for a printer unit for a small non-profit. Sharon and Francisco were completely transparent and offered so much information of the company, its people, and its products! I felt so confident in the proposed options they put together for me. They quickly answered all of the questions that came up along the way and the installation was an incredible experience. They had everything completely up and running for me within a few minutes and showed me everything about the machine so I felt confident in being able to complete all of the things that I need to before they walked out of the door! With this great of customer service right from the start, I have 100% certainty that any mechanical problems (if any) will be a breeze to correct and that they will have a lifelong customer!

Noordyk was able to help our nonprofit cut our monthly costs and get a far nicer machine to print our programs for Master Arts Theatre. Great staff who have always quickly answered all of our questions and helped set up our machine. They also made sure it not only was working before we left but was properly printing our programs as needed. Would highly recommend.

We just signed our first agreement with Noordyk and Sharon has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and then some.
