They have a wood working vocational training program that teaches you employable skills and then connect you with employers in the industry. They are a non profit associated with Mel trotter ministries and is full of wonderful, kind, knowledgeable people. I have participated in the program and currently work In production here and it is a wonderful place.

Next Step has done almost all of the projects that needed completing in our house. They were involved in our complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, stucco repair, cedar shake repair, window replacements and more. Every time we have been 100% pleased with the outcome. The guys are a joy to have in and around the home.
