I was at the grocery store looking for affordable sugar and but the price was not shown on the product. So I told the cashier she said that she would get it for me. So, while she was checking the customers out I went to look for cream (no price) indicated. So I put the sugar back on the shelf after waiting for so long and left the store. While I was walking to the other store, the male clerk came running to me asking me did I take the sugar out the store. I said no calmly, I put it back on the shelf. Then he said I have cameras, “ l said, go look at them”. Then he said, “ Can I check your bag”, “ I said No! You cannot check my purse.” I told him to call the police. He didn’t respond. If you don’t then I will. I told him not every black person steals. Then he walked away. I will report them for racial profiling.

Putting the gross in grocery. Walked into a smell that was either rotting meat, or a dead rat under one of the coolers. Uncomfortably close, staff disinterested and disconnected.

I went to buy 2pm Akabare noodles and there is no expiry date and they are selling noodles that expired 5 months ago dated Sep 22. I bought Lapsi ko achar and that one is also expired. Called in the store 5 times but they never answered the call. Stop scamming people selling expired products.

The staff members are constantly distracted and unwilling to help customers out. Most of them have their heads buried in their phones. They hardly ever show any kind of enthusiasm in terms of greeting the customers and have a generally unfriendly and condescending attitude. The store has a decent variety of Indian and Nepali grocery item brands, but not well-organized, so it gets tough to locate the items I really need without assistance. I will not be going here again.
