Napa always has good deals. I needed an alternator but unfortunately the one I needed wasn't available until the following week. I couldn't wait that long. But I was able to get other accessories and the staffs help on a way to change our my alternator.Great staff

I've been to many Auto Parts Stores over the years, but I find myself always gravitating back to NAPA. I bought an old Thunderbird last year and have gone to NAPA a few times to get parts for it, and they always have it in stock! Today I had to get a new battery for my Subaru, but they didn't have it in stock. Duane advised he could have it at their store around 12:30pm, but he would give me a call to let me know for sure when they received it. Duane called and left me a VM advising the battery was in and ready to be picked up. I went to the Store and another person ended up waiting on me. Everyone I've come into contact at this store is always helpful and genuinely friendly. Probably why I only go back to NAPA now!

My husband and I stopped to this shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful! They even came out to our vehicle to make sure we had the perfect matched paint mixed up for us. It was perfect! Once we applied our touch up paint, you could not even tell it had ever been touched up at all! Excellent quality & service!

GET THE DANG CREDIT CARD MACHINES FIXED!!! Not the employees fault, but this starting to hurt our personal business. Its costing me more money to run all over grand Rapids trying to get what the hell I need when THIS store more times than not have what I need. Whoever is in charge of maintenance on credit machines needs to step their game up......
