Closed on Sundays and marked as open on the NAPA website.
Ordered an item to pick up on Sunday as indicated on their website. When I drove in to pick it up I found the doors locked with a small printed sign saying they were closed.
Please update the website to reflect correct hours.

Sent the wrong item. Item they sent didn’t work. Had to walk it back to the store. They honestly couldn’t get there act together in the store getting me the right item…which was waiting on the counter when I got there. Told them to just return the money (3-5 business days) Would rather walk 2 miles to the competition since I had to walk anyway. Horrible service in store. Even worse customer service to complain about the store. They cared even less. Will never do business with Napa again. Horrible experience!

I'm grateful that Napa was open on Sunday November 5th I ran over a staple so my tire went flat and I managed to push it to Napa they had the temporary fix a flat and the gentleman that helped me I didn't get his name but I really appreciated him helping me so I could get my scooter home safe and sound thank you Napa!

I have never in my life been lied to more than dealing with the store manager at this location. Orders numerous wrong parts and lies about what has been ordered or when it will arrive. False promises.... Definitely not worth your time or energy.....

Would not accept a company charge account and lied saying it was overdrawn. Sure enough our account manager calls Napa's account manager and there's no problem. Not a great way to do business.
