Called Brian with hopes of getting car looked at, not only did he get it in earlier than expected he called me right away and had it fixed the next morning. We need more companies out there with this kind of customer service. Will be back again!

I have taken my Pacifica there twice now. Today they looked for a leak, explained to me what it was and not to worry about it. Asked what I owed. both times and it was zero. What a great company and employees. Will definitely go there for all my vehicle needs. Can't thank you enough.

Sent my wife to this place to get the exhaust looked at they told her it was all bad and wanted to charge her 500 plus when I already looked at it all need is a new Tell pipe they told her it was leaking around the muffler. It's very sad that they tried to take advantage of her I will be telling everyone I can about this Business definitely not a place to go to.!!!!!!

I was very disappointed. I have never been into a a muffler man before. I thought it was like an oil change where you just drive in. The person told me I have to go inside to register. The man at the counter seemed annoyed at me because I pulled in instead of coming in the office first. He also ran out when I did and gave me a dirty look. When I came inside he right away said yup you have to register first. Also, you have to wait two hours to get serviced and we don’t take appointments. His time and his facial expressions were angry. I asked if there was another muffler man that wouldn’t be as busy. He said no but the other person at the counter said there is others ones but we are separately owned. It doesn’t matter if you own a franchise or not. It is important to help the brand name out to other peers. I didn’t live in this location so I was just asking so I could see if they weren’t as busy. As a business owner, I know it is very important when you are in front of your customer to be happy even if you are having a bad day. This whole experience could have been completely changed around if the person was nice and said something like, Hello, is this your first time hear? Well if you have a minute, I would love to show you how the process works so we can make sure we fix whatever is wrong with your car. That simple, Be kind.

Brought in my 2000 Jeep TJ for some exhaust repair. Exhaust is not stock, they made the necessary repairs with no issues. Dropped the Jeep off one day picked it up the next day with no appointment. Work was done with a reasonable cost, would highly recommend!

Brought my 2011 avenger in for brake issues. They let me know i only needed a pad and rotor on one side. and a few other minor issues. They Were fair and honest about not needing a ton of work. Needed a brake line repaired too and they took care of everything for $450 and got it done within a few hours. Did not try to add extra work. Gave me an estimate for future repairs that were not urgent. I have been taking all of my vehicles there for over 5 years, always quick and easy to work with.

My car had a muffler leak up front and was a little worried about the reviews this location had but it is fairly close to my work and I've had good experience with other services at other Muffler Man locations so I gave them a shot. They were able to get the car into a bay in about 1/2 hour and checked out my situation with a bad muffler clamp. Replaced this with a sleeve and I was on my way a half hour later! Thanks Brian! The car is super quiet again! 2014 Audi A5.
