I feel absolutely compelled to sing the praises of Justin Sharrow.Justin has been an absolute dream to work with.From the minute that I met Justin he not only was super easy to talk to, he really listened to my concerns and had solutions for problems.He stayed late, came in early and all to just help me give the best possible experience to our guests. You will have to beg, and I do mean beg, for them to even reply to an email or phone call even after you have paid them multiple thousands of dollars.UPDATE: We finally got what should have been provided with your original work long ago as work product. We had a local IT guy come fix the issue we have been begging your team to address since Summer when your outsized fee was paid, and he was able to fix it the moment he received said IT Map when you finally provided it, Months after your work was finished; also for the few occasions we were able to beg enough by email and voicemail to get one of your guys down here to take a look and each one left dumbfounded, blaming someone else, we raise a pint to your leadership in memoriam — perhaps we will name a beer after your or your drive to satisfy your clients.Good luck to you, sir. Please send all recommendation requests to me personally in the future so I can warn of of your team’s general IT incompetence and the impending doom and loss of trust in commerce that will surely follow hiring your team for IT.Although as a company you are fantastic at AR, to be fair.Here’s to keeping that scam going!

I have worked directly with Moss while leading two separate K-12 school districts. They have always provided me with efficient, reliable, and dependable service and quality parts. As a technology director, I always look to businesses that seem more like a partner than a vendor. Moss definitely meets the "partner" category. Whenever we encounter an obstacle where we need their support, Moss responds promptly. Our problem becomes their problem and we work together to resolve the situation. Having Moss available provides me with comfort knowing that I am not alone. I appreciate the relationship we have with Moss.

Moss is an amazing company that is willing to support high students throughout Kent County. Our students were able to take a field trip to Moss and learn about different jobs available in the IT field, get advice on interviews, and learn about new technology. Moss has also taken on a number of students as employees and provides them with proper training and support so they can start an entry level IT position on the right foot.

After some extensive research and inquires into a new phone system for our small business Moss exceeded expectations. After contacting Moss Chad Johnson was at our office the next day running through options, pricing and even gave us test phones to try out a VoIP system. The hands on approach Moss took with our office is exactly what we were looking for. The new system has given us more flexibility than we may know what to do with but also kept things simple enough to make the new integration seamless. I would highly recommend giving Moss a call for any inquires into a new phone system.

One of their drivers, weaving in and out of traffic during blizzard conditions, cut me off causing me to lose control of my vehicle. Fortunately I didn't hit any other cars but this absolutely unacceptable. The roads were horrendous this morning.
